TSB does not cover 2021 models.
Just for Ss and Gs, check your cabin filter to make sure it is clean.
I had issues with my AC in 80+ deg temps and checked my cabin filter which was super dirty, weird, my truck was only 3 months old when that happened.
I ended up replacing the cabin filter with...
I added AEM filter and removed carbon filter last week.
The carbon filter was super easy to remove, I used flat screwdriver and popped the 6 plastic rivets and done.
The goal was to reduce pumping losses and potentially improve mpg by 0.5-1. We will see if that happens.
I so far noticed that...
How much forward is your truck moving when you let go of the brake (and no pressure on the gas pedal) and etorque kicks in?
My truck feels like it moves forward about a foot or so when I let go of the brake pedal with no gas and etorque kicks in.
I have about 3k miles on mine and it feels like...
I live in SoCal and curious about buying a new truck from out of state.
How much are you paying to get it shipped over?
Does the out-of-state dealership handle all the paperwork to get it registered in Cali?
What about out-of-state RAMs and CARB compliance?
That's it for my questions ;)
Also,
The air suspension you mentioned above is a $1800 option on Laramie
Limited has HEMI standard for 2021 models ($1795 option on Laramie)
Limited has spray-in bed liner standard (~$500 additional on Laramie aftermarket) or you can get the BUG
Limited has power running boards standard ($1000...
If you have the 5 modes for air suspension which show as 5 lights then there is something wrong and you should have dealership look at it.
Off Road Group only has 4 settings and therefore 4 lights, and don't have access to OR2.
Are you trying to get into OR2 while driving? Cause it will not work...
There is about a 10% difference in mpg between 3.21 and 3.92 on highway. Which is around 2mpg.
I am not sure I would use the word "superior" for 10%.
Sounds to me that you are having confirmation bias.
I run my stock 275-55-20 at 42 PSI instead of recommended 36 PSI. My truck feels better on highway with higher tire pressure.
I have 2000 miles on the truck and I am now getting 18mpg combined, 70% Highway / 30% City. Up from 14mpg on its first tank.
My combined mpg might go up to 19mpg which...
275 60 20 is a 33" tire, and 33" tires are standard on the rebel with air suspension option. Therefore they should fit right off the bat.
I will be getting the same size tires on my limited with air suspension when my stock tires need replacing.
Here is a picture of the new battery sticker. It is different than the original battery I had but I don't have a picture of the original one.
I am not sure why, but the battery they installed was not fully charged and it took 18hours on my 10amp charger to fully charge it.
Well, no problem...
Here is mine.
I just have:
tinted front windows
Mopar heavy duty mudflaps
Tonneau cover
Mild debadge doors an tailgate
ToDo: better rims and tires
I was at first very interested in blacking out the chrome. But not anymore.
Interestingly enough, the dealership in Huntington Beach has 8 TRXs in stock and just dropped their markup down to $10k from $35k. I guess the demand is not as high as they thought it would be.
When you have 8 in stock it's difficult to make people believe that it's a limited production or that...
