Ahh, apologies, ya that's frustrating. Where do we submit these types of feature requests, bug reports, etc? Our dealer? So much is software driven now, that I have to imagine FCA has a funnel for feedback from owners like [pretty much] all software companies now have for users. Whether or not...
Currently use a big Yeti Rambler that I would always throw on passenger seat or in center console because it never fit in cup holders and was semi-disappointed my truck, of all vehicles, didn't support larger water bottles.
But alas, niche products sold on Amazon to the rescue...
Finally installed the optional fasteners on my husky mud flaps. Not possible without a right angle attachment, unless you want to take wheels off. The mudflaps feel much better now, glad I didn't just ignore it!

Installed my "pivot joint" and "handle" parts for functioning extended tailgate! Parts ordered from a local mopar dealer:

Those of you who bought a kit, could you take a pic and share details of the glove box light? I'm trying to replace that on my Laramie, and currently it's halogen, but my normal sites for LED replacement seem to have every other bulb I need apart from glovebox.
@justahbustah good info, I'll ask for sure. Now that I'm reading all these tint recs, I'm also going to see if I can do clear (or close to) ceramic on sunroof, backs, and maybe windshield. So may try to find a specialized place for good ceramic tint if XPEL place doesn't offer good options.
I'm planning on doing this also. Was quoted $1k for partial front in XPEL from DFW clear bra and $200 for front tint (not sure what type though). May split the work between two shops if not that many tinting options and I wanna shop around. Pretty sure for PPF in my area this is the place to go...
While purchasing my used truck from a dealer, I was talking to their certified service manager who said he uses Mopar's undercoat on all of his trucks for protection, but mainly for reducing road noise. Searched the forum and mainly found people using fluid film, woodwax, etc, but haven't heard...
Any different thoughts if I purchased my truck used with 25k miles? It was a fleet vehicle prior. I'm assuming it wouldn't matter and it's the same decision process whether to add or not.
Haha, glad I could help! I went over all lights this weekend trying to figure it all out and that one almost snuck past me. From your pics, are those the cool whites?
@Neurobit is the lower glovebox LED for yall? That was the only other halogen (along with cargo and 3rd brake) that I found on my Laramie with sunroof.
Reviving this thread as I'm trying to figure out as well which bulbs are not LED without opening everything up on my Laramie. It looks like this is the list we'd need to upgrade:
- Vanity
- Cargo
- Lower glove box
- 3rd brake (based on @pounds message)
Map, passenger reading, front/back...
Been thinking more about this. I just ordered one of these top console organizers and might try using the usb plug in there with the Olight L-Dock mounted horizontally to the organizer itself. Not sure if horizontal mounting will be too much for the magnet, which will depend on flashlight and...
Solid thread and suggestions from everyone. I'm in same boat as @Wakesnowb and curious if anyone has found a BUG rail attachment for keeping bikes vertical in bed? Similar to the velo gripper but a rail attachment.
Well done! I want to do something similar, have you had any issues with 18560 batteries in your car due to temperature swings? Been trying to figure out a good truck flashlight and was leaning CR123 because they seem the widest temp range. Had an old Maglite and the alkaline D cells leaked a...
