He had a 2019, you then posted a 2020 option sheet. Then you replied to me to remind me what the original post was about. Maybe you should take your own advice and read the posts. You can't even get the model year correct from post to post or that the original posters question concerns a...
I think everyone is getting the tailgates confused. On my 2025 Laramie with the level 2 package, I have the power up and down tailgate. It's not the MFT with the barn door option of opening. Mine mechanically lowers and raises.
I think because you have the multi function tailgate. I'm not sure if it is available on the multi function. I have a Laramie with level 2 and standard tailgate that comes with power up and down. The multi function tailgate replaces the power tailgate.
In my last Ram hemi I used Redline 5w30. Traded the truck in with 207k miles on it and no issues or lifter ticks. Now I have the twin turbo 6 in my 2025 and I am using Mobil 1 5w30. I use 5w30 in all my cars and trucks.
I just drive a turbo car like any other. I don't bother giving it any kind of special treatment. For people who park in a garage, it's not really feasible to start your car and let it run for a few minutes before driving, nor is it feasible to let it continue to run in the garage before...
I don't think people have a problem with someone saying something negative about Ram, but you sound understandably disgruntled and do seem to generalize your issues to applying to every Ram. Ram sells a lot of pickups. I have had 3 Rams and never had any of the issues you listed above. Ford...
I use to hate turbos. And still do in some cars with small motors. Historically, turbos would have a lot of lag and the motor would have no power at all at lower rpm's. But many cars and trucks today you can't even notice the turbos. For me, the i6tt in my Laramie just feels like a big...
I never even tried using sport mode in my truck. I do consider myself a little bit of an aggressive driver though. Not so much punching it from a start but more like I'm not so happy being stuck behind slow drivers. I do have a sports car for the warmer months that I like to have a little fun in.
I should have mentioned that my post was referring to how it works without Apple CarPlay working. I'm not a big fan of CarPlay so I still haven't used it in my truck.
On my truck if I get a text message, a pop up shows up on my uconnect screen with options. One of the options is to listen to the text message. It won't read the message out loud unless I press the listen button tab on the pop up.
Ok, good luck. My only point was that any time I ever heard of rodent damage to a car, it was usually followed with something about the car being parked for at least a few weeks.
