    Well, the cheesy *** OEM crappy molded exhaust manifolds are JUNK! both of mine were cracked @80k. Replaced both myself with the BD diesel manis. both for $427.00, special holiday price and .mil discount. Now with Trumps dumbass tariffs, surely it will dbl in price or not even ship. none...

    anyway, Im going back to the Super duty, since I know first hand what fails on them and at least the oil filter and tranny pan and spark plugs are a breeze to get too

    what did I do? Replaced both cheap *** OEM exhaust manifolds, which failed rite after the 2yr / 80k warranty. I used BD diesel. excellent product, but a beoch installing it

    that is a nice setup. What is your psi at 65-70 mph? OEM is 53-57 psi.

    Ive experienced that issue. I went ahd and replaced it, which of course is kinda sorta tricky. You must put it in a certain way. Even after I replaced it, the error msg still pops up and the green 4WD flashes. So, upon that, I just ignored it, 4wd still engages, the error msg went away...

    the other issue as well with the pacbrake lines, they tend to leak after a time. torque setting whatever on the hose end couplings, mine leaked.

    Believe it or not, works for me, been doing it now the past 4 yrs. In fact, I do this process on some of the hydraulic lines on my aircraft.

    Well, I had the remote setup and yes, its a nice clean look and no mess, the down size, PSI drops from the usual 53-56 psi at 65-70 mph, to below 50 psi, even though the best product out there PACBRAKE, says its in spec. I'm not going to trust that. So, back to the crappy stupid engineered...

    I replace my fluids: brake, diffs, tranny once a yr or if you haul alot, change out x2 a yr. its cheap, good preventive maint.
