Honestly, LED are a better way to go and are supposed to last longer, but low quality doesn't help. I'm not sure how common this problem really is. I think I've only seen a few times.
It's an assembly. Need to replace full light. I don't know of any companies that can fix them.
You can hit up Jeremey and see if he does.

I'm curious when you say outside of factory specs? What are the specs?
Also you say a ton of droop, but the dropped differential and crossmember should keep everything factory aligned, unless you changed struts with something else giving more travel?
I would contact the company and ask them. Your amount of level will depend what setting you used with the OEM lift coils.
There are youtube videos showing play in that area, but how much is acceptable, I do not know. There have been issues with replacing the CV axles, because factory doesn't...
I always completely disconnect sway bar to see if that fixes the issue. If it does then you know either links or bushings. I would look at SuspensionMaxx links since you leveled.
If you had 22's originally, you have to stick with 22" wheel hubs. The knuckles are different, so unless you buy standard knuckles, you can not run the smaller wheel hubs.
Yeah I really need to grab them for when I am ready for the install. I've spent enough the last couple months. What's another few hundo!! :ROFLMAO:
