There are some conditions where it will remote start then shut off quickly. Such as low fuel level active, low battery voltage, an active CEL, and I am sure others. I would say there is an alarm of some sort active on your truck.

My 2019 RAM 1500 Limited had this exact thing when it was just 2 months old. I cleared the CEL by doing the battery disconnect. It happened twice in about one weeks time. After clearing it the second time I haven't seen it again in over 5 years. I never even mentioned it to the dealer.

Someone already mentioned the RF Hub. They can fail intermittently and in different ways. Not necessarily catastrophic or even related to water intrusion. Mention that to them as a possible cause. Who knows what their response will be.
