There is a guy on here somewhere that made it fit onto his rebel with a little bit of trimming. But to be 100% honest, the quality of those grills aren't the greatest.
The fit and finish just looked off and the texture of the plastic doesnt match up to the oem plastic on the rebels.
Edit:
I...
I finally got the parts installed and everything is working as it should.
The tech found the wires were being chaffed on some sharp edges on the armrest hinge.
New armrest and new wiring fixed the issue.
Took the big girl to the Fast & Furious filming locations.
Dominic Toretto's house and the famous Toretto Market where Brian ordered his Tuna sandwich, no crust! LOL
I wanted to pull the truck in the driveway to take an even cooler pic but they had it blocked off. The house also got a facelift...
I have a 21' Rebel with heads up display. I believe you may have a faulty product as there isn't a way to adjust the rotation. You should let you dealer know whats going on.
Here is a link to a YouTube video that shows you how to access the HUD settings.
I don't think it could be a windshield...
You need at least a 2" leveling kit. Then you'll need to remove the factory mudflaps in the front and bend the thin sheet metal behind it.
I have the Bilstein 6112 coilovers in the front set to the highest setting. Rear is stock.
18x9 wheels with a -12 offset gives the best look with this...
Update regarding my issue:
The dealer found the culprit and have new wiring on order for my truck. I guess the center console light are connected with the other lights I mentioned, causing them to all fail when the shortage occurred. Parts are on order...
Update: Not only the center console light, but my rambox lights, visor lights, and glove compartment light dont work at all.
Went on a fuse hunt and couldn't find any popped fuses. Just made an appointment with my local dealer to get it sorted out.
The other day I noticed the little light in the center console (under the flipup armrest) started to flicker when I had it open.
At first, I thought it burnt out but I realized that wasn't the case when I pulled the light out and hooked it up to a different source of power. It worked fine...
So...
Im loving the 6112 and 35" setup. I was mirror to mirror with this 3500 owned by the Air Force.
Still running the stock control arms... Thinking about getting the billet control arms from Icon or the boxed ones from Carli suspension.
Saw this automotive photography tip online and had to try it out. You put your iPhone on 3x zoom and hold your phone upside down on the ground. I think it came out pretty nice.
Late reply but i'm having the same issue with my Borla Atak. The driver side is the one mostly affected with some melting. Passenger side is slightly off center but no melting at this time. I tried to adjust the hangers but they just go right back to the same spot. Its really annoying...
Got some new Bilstein 6112's installed along with Method MR305's wrapped in BFG KO2 35x12.5R18
The methods are 18x9 -12 offset
I love the way she sits now
Borla ATAK is the way to go! It was the first mod I did to my Rebel and i'm loving it!
Side note: If you're planning on having a shop do the install for you, make sure you look at the tips before driving off. The Borla tips are bigger than the stock ones and the shop that did the install for me...
Got some new floor mats from Diamond Car Mats.
I screwed up and ordered the race red colored ones and not the proper maroon color to match the Rebel interior.
I think they still look pretty good.
