Nice!
All I used was the suction cup to get the mirrors out, didn't pry anything with a screw driver. The driver side was easy to come out but the passenger side will put up a fight. I guess you could try out the screw driver method if the mirror is really stubborn.
Sounds like Ram is having supply issues for that light. When I was dealing with my issue, I tried to order one of the lights but they canceled the order and told me the lights are back ordered with no telling when they'll come in. Thankfully they cancelled it because the light itself wasn't my...
Yea it's supposed to turn off when you shut the armrest. I'm starting to wonder if thats the reason why they pulled the light out lol. Did you buy your truck new or used?
Nice! Glad they worked out for you brother!
I felt the same way about them too when I first saw them turn on, wish they were brighter but we cant complain too much since the price is pretty cheap.
Yes, you need to remove the underside of the armrest and it will give you access to the light.
Not hard to do, took me a few minutes to look at it and figure out how it comes apart.
1993 Lexus SC400.. I was about 13-14 years old. I didn't actually drive it, my brother just let roll around in drive in a parking lot lol.
First car I actually drove on the road was his 2010 Infiniti FX35. Miss that car a lot, it was a powerhouse.
I might be wrong but I don't think you can buy pre-painted door handles. At least, i've never heard of it. I wouldn't hurt checking in with your dealer.
My best bet on getting some is finding a hydro blue truck at a wrecking yard.
Or my preferred method is seeing if you could find a vinyl wrap...
Agreeing with @SD Rebel, I would stick with the factory air filter if you'll be driving offroad.
Or if you absolutely want an aftermarket filter, stick with the OEM airbox and get a drop in filter.
They want $600 for the front fenders if you choose fiberglass and $1400 if you choose carbon fiber.
Then you gotta pay another $700 or $1400 for the bedsides.... Also if you look at the front bumper, it doesn't line up anymore with the fenders anymore.
Now you gotta pay some more money just to...
Yea with the money you're gonna spend on parts, paint, and installation, i'd rather just put it on a down payment for a TRX.
Fiberwerx makes a pretty cool widebody kit for regular Ram 1500's. Almost considered it but I remembered it wouldn't work with my Rambox bed.
