That is just rotten.....hope yours goes into production today.......anything on yours much different Slim than mine? Oh, and I also had the spray-in bedliner.
OK.....here is some possible good news for those waiting for eTorque & RamBox '19s.....
I called 2x yesterday; suddenly, mine is in 'G' status (trim).
As I haven't set-up my vehicle profile, mine was ordered on 05/08 & went into D on 06/15 and stayed there until yesterday. It is 2WD, Ivory...
Correct. If they take only my last 8, they always tell me I am in KZ.....Whrn I re-insist they plug-in the entire VIN, they come back with D1 for my '19 RAM and note that the 'KZ' was actually for a 1981 Plymouth Sundance.
Now that I think about it, I't be a hoot if they sent me a brand-new time...
Some are nice & polite; I got a rude & clueless fella on the phone today.....told me he would be "breaking the rules" is he gave me the status code!
Is there no monitoring or standards for these folks? No consistancy at all; doing FCA much more harm than good.
I "escalated" a week ago & again...
Forgive me, but I am a bit techno-phobic ( born during the Eisenhower administration).....could someone please humor me & tell me what is is the easiest way to:
A) sign up for MOTS.
B) Get my window sticker on-line/ in-advance.
Thanks. RAM bothers!!!
Limited w/ eTorque & RamBoxes in Ivory...
Just looked it up. Mopar just calls it "Lifetime Warranty-Maximum Care" now.
You can buy it direct from them, but several RAM dealers sell same plans on web at nice discounts.
Here is a link:

I would/am not recommending an extended warrarany for anyone else, but right for me with my distance driving; if any component at all has an issue, FCA replaces it with a smile & without any question. That is why my '09 drives like new @ 307K. Obviously, like any insurance policy, the issuer...
I actually have the ' Lifetime Wrap 'on my '09 Laramie; 307 K & still under full factory warranty.
Cost me only $ 1,400.00 in 2008. as
lifetime was standard at the time.
Est $ 4K now on a '19.
Imperative though that you keep religiously to the recommended maintenance schedule, or factory can...
My RamBox & eTorque Ivory Limited was ordered 05/08, went into D1 06/15; still D1 as of 5 minutes ago.......sigh......
I must pour myself a bourbon.....
