Good work on the aerial image.
Look, FCA: I will wait for my truck, but it is grossly disrespectful to not show mutual respect for/to your customers & directly indicate to this forum exactly what the present issue is with the RamBoxes.
I alone have custom-ordered over the years two Eagle Vision...
Is that where JS (storage) is? My RamBox truck has been in that status for a week; I suppose with it's Indigo leather dash sitting out in the sun, baking......sigh....
Thanks, Jared. No reason why FCA can't indicate / communicate the cause of the delay in RamBox shipments. Why the big secret?....just a little honest transparancy = common courtesy & respect for your hard working customers.
She loves me......She loves me NOT!
Dealer tells me just now mine is actually still in MI.
Customer info. is an amusing spectacle, at best.
I'll call again this evening to find-out what FCA Customer Service magic 8 ball says then!
OK, Wow.....RAM lady just informed me on the telephone that my truck (Limited, 2WD, Ivory, etc.) has arrived at the rail yoard in Winston, Salem, NC (I am in Raleigh) I tripple-verified that she was looking right at my order.
If true, it may be the first RamBox/eTorque delivered (and a good...
It will still sound awful, bounce with the 1800s leaf springs, and come with mandatory 22s. plus the steering wheel is ugly. Would not mind the massaging seat, though.
Me too, Snowman.
Gosh, if FCA brass is listening, these are your best & most fervent customers here.
Why aren't you reaching-out to communicate honestly, rather than allowing folks to twist in the wind??
FYI.....My *9 (already built) RamBox/eTorque '19 Limited (as of 45 minutes ago) is still in 'JS' status.
Maybe waiting on a rail car, maybe waiting on a missing RamBox piece?
Yes, it WOULD show some respect for the customer if FCA could offer some actual real information as to reason for a...
I have same on my '09 Laramie; mimicked the aerodynamic flow of the front hood lip nicely & has done a great job of protecting the hood paint for ten years & 300+K miles.
Only problem is that the painted soft plastic cover portion on the chrome front bumper is pock-marked to heck.
I am...
Great idea; I'll do it on mine when comes in....way to many aggressive & wrecckless drivers out there.
BTW, I wonder if that large white pad is for the deploble knee bolster feature?? The '19 RAM has 'em for both driver & front passenger; it is listed under 'Safety Features' in the media press...
He has done an amazing job in many ways, but I viscerally disagree with his dumping $$ into Alfa/Maserati while starving Chrysler to near death. What a damn shame.
Let's have a Chrysler Barracuda, a Chrysler version of the coming Grand Wagoneer, & for God sakes a new killer 300, ASAP!!...Save...
I'd do it. If done right, it is the type of thing that reinforces brand loyalty.
BMW does it in Greenville, SC & of course Corvette offers factory pickup. At BMW, you can enjoy a meal by a corporate chef & get a driving lesson.
I do not have a BMW, but when my kids were teens I took them to...
The lady said it is a good thing, that it is getting ready to ship. I don't know about that, but it IS past JB & then JE (emissions check).
Next-up in order is KZ; if/when it is moved there (or backwards) I will advise all immediately!
OK fellas; here is an update on my eTorque/RamBox Limited: just called FCA @ 8:30 EST.....it has gone into 'JS'....who knows the implication?
I do want to add that while I enjoy the new Silverados & F150s that I get as business rentals, service loaners on the wife's SUV, etc., that my 300K '09...
