You could look up the torque for the bolt size but I'll guess that because the original brackets are composite that the threads in the box are possibly not designed for seriously high torque.
IIWM, I'd add a little blue locktite to the bolts and just tighten them to a comfortable level. It's...
I like the fixed board, just my personal preference, but they keep the fartcar doors away in parking lots as a plus. These are the factory installed version.
If you look where the clips that hold the spat go up through the metal fender you will see the clips have a set of ears that holds them in place. Squeeze the ears with a set of needle nose pliers and the whole spat assembly will drop out. It can be easily reinstalled by pushing the assembly back...
Make life simple and get a quote through Ziegler on the factory warranty of your choice for years and miles. Use the code payinfull for a further discount.
Remember the warranty (service contract) starts at the start of your factory warranty so eight years is really 5 additional. These folks are...
Because they make more money on it. The dealer I bought my 19 Laramie from only wanted to talk about the third party warranty they offered and wouldn't give me a price on the Mopar one. They wanted $4800 for the third party and I bought a similar one 8/125 $200 ded from another Ram dealer for...
I guess it depends on possibly the luck of the draw or also more likely the music quality. I took a previous posters advice and started "Gypsy" at flat levels and ended up at -6 Bass, +1 Mid, +3 treble. I'm using Amazon HD music with the AT&T wifi in the truck with a Pixel 2 phone through the...
Same thing here. It can be activated by my keys in my pocket occasionally. Pressing the panic button shuts it off. The fob has considerable range at times to make this happen.
One of my criteria for a tri-fold was for it to leave as much room available with the cover up as possible. That way there was no need to remove it if I carried large objects. That actually lead to basically a quad-fold with the three sections folding up with a few inches of the cab. I picked...
Not all, mine is still the Premier pkg I bought many moons back. It has the ability to stream and listen just like the current all access on my 19 Ram.
I had one in my 14 Sport to carry the tools, light and other items I keep in the truck. I was going to put one in my 19 Laramie until I saw the space available under the rear seat with the expanded storage. Everything I carried in the 14 fits under the seat in the 19, no rattles either and it's...
It could be a while as my 19 Laramie is 14 mo old and no paint kit yet.
Secondly, there was a previous poster that wasn't satisfied with the color match of the touch up paint. Just for the record, I bought the Mopar touch up paint for my 14 Brilliant White Sport and Delmonico Red 19 Laramie from...
If you think they are just for looks, take a wander under one that doesn't have them and look at the metal that is exposed to impacts from road debris, gravel etc, compare that to one with liners and then answer the question yourself. I installed liners after I looked but YMMV.
You're within a couple of hundred dollars of the 8/125 Mopar warranty but probably $200 deductible. $100 ded would be more but I'd take the Mopar one.
Just less of a gamble overall.
My wife had trouble getting the position of her Toyota right so I put a treated 2X4 against her front wheels in position and tap conned it to the floor. It's worked for 12 years. She missed the tennis ball a couple times prior to the 2X4.
