Tires size is measured prior to load. Lots of things influence the actual measurements when said and done. kinda like a steak is sold by the weight prior to being cooked
The most frustrating part is that FCA knows its a problem, case in point, there is a factory "oil ramp" under the filter on the SRT Jeep that allows the fluid to not spill all over. Why they just don't make the design standard across the board is just lazy.

Incentives and other discounts should not dictate the price for you, they are just tactics to get folks in the door. Decide what you think is a fair price and negotiate. At the end of the day, if you are comfortable with the deal, thats all that matters.
Personally, I want them to do something with the hemi to up the hp/tq. Its basically been the same for quite some time, while Chevy and Ford continue to improve their offerings.

Its more about the tire choice and sidewall. You're basically riding on the same overall diameter as before with 22". The diference is you are on new and better tires.
