That is a good looking truck. How's the AC? A lot of us have subpar ACs in our 2019s and we're wondering if FCA has corrected the problem in the 2020s.
Mine is clamped fully closed. In fact, I put two clamps on it. Honestly, it’s been too damn hot here for me to check on the hose under the hood. 100 plus for two or three weeks now. I’ll check on it in the fall.
I have Nitto Ridge Grappler 285/60s on my stock Longhorn 20" wheels and the only rubbing I get is on a full lock turn in reverse. But I know the 285/65s are about an inch taller than the 285/60s. But you do have an inch of lift over my stock height Longhorn. They might work on your truck...
I've had one of these clipped in the vent of every vehicle I've owned for the past 30 years. And it's now in my driver's side center vent in the Ram. Prior to clamping the hose, it would get no cooler than 55 - 56 degrees. It now consistently shows 46 - 47 degrees even on 110 plus degree days...

Hope it’s something else; something that can be easily fixed. But if it’s the same problem that a lot of us 1500 owners have, there’s always the clamp or valve for the heater core hose. Sad. But there’s nothing but radio silence from FCA about this fairly widespread problem.
