Not sure if this qualifies, Porboy. But I added black Carven exhaust tips and a little shackle in the hitch. The Nitto Ridge Grapplers kind of beefed the truck.
I think you would be fine. My truck is not lifted or leveled and the Nitto Ridge Grapplers i put on stock wheels work fine. Slight rub at full lock turn of the steering wheel in reverse. But not enough to bother me. And you’re lifted.
For anyone thinking about doing this, you might want to consider using the G2 Brake Caliper Paint System.

I just clamped mine off and I intend to do so again when the heat really starts here in Central Texas. Otherwise, driving my truck would be intolerable and I don't want to sell it/trade it in just yet.
It doesn't seem to be all new Rams but many of us have this problem. And a lot of us clamped off our heater hoses this past summer to get lower vent temps which helps. There are how to instructions on here if you think you might want to do that this coming summer.
I'm about a week with the new Pulsar that they sent me because the old one was throwing codes. So far, no thrown codes or other issues. I hope it continues because I love driving my truck in Performance Mode.
