I liked the RHO quite well.... The only three things that stopped me from buying one were.....4wd all the time, no deployable running boards. And was too high off the ground for an old guy. I would not be off-road that much other than when I fish and go shooting...... So I bought the Tungsten...
I have the 392 in my new Tungsten, and it was shifting in to 8th gear at about 53 to 55 mph today just like my 5.7 did @ about 1800 RPM where the I-6 was about 2300 RPM. I'm almost sure I seen it in 8th gear lower than that on level highway today as well......
You would think Ram would have offered the 6.6 Scat motor rather than just have no offer after the 5,7 was outed. But rumor at MOPAR world was the CEO who was fired hated Hemi.
They announced today the new CEO that came back is bringing the 5.7 Hemi back as an option in 2026 Ram 1500. But It never said if the 5.7 will be upgraded, but I would guess they will upgrade it like Ford did theirs and GM.
I bought the 2025 Tungsten 3.0 H.O very happy with it. Bought it 6 days ago. Traded in my 2023 Laramie Ram 5.7. This 2025 is very smooth, very fast. It is much faster than my 5.7 was. My 23 had 4 corner suspension like this one, and they have changed the software on the suspension, It's so much...
I pulled the trigger on a new Tungsten rather than the RHO. I still like the RHO very much, but the Tungsten suited me better for the old guy that I am. Love this new I-6 motor and the truck as well, since I'm on Ram number 7 now, thank you to all who responded before I decided to pick which...
Just pulled the trigger on a new 2025 Ram Tungsten I-6 H.O. Really Like this New Ram. Few things I'm not real happy with on the options but its really ann awesome truck with Ram number 7, I have owned.
That would be such a good move to keep the 5.7 and offer the new Hurricane. I personally like the 5.7 but not opposed to the Hurricane. Also, it may be the CO2 requirement will be dropped as well since we have a POTUS who is ready to stand with other countries who are building new Power Plants...
I have had three Rams, all Laramie's with 4 Corner air suspension. Off-road 1 Height, Off Road 2 Height, Normal Height, Aero Height and Entry/Exit. With that said, none of them goes to entry/exit automatically to include the 23 model I have now. I have to select the Entry/Exit button and push it...
Nothing more irritating than when my son, daughter, son-in-law and service people drive my truck and adjust my seat like they want it and saved it in memory!!! Then when I get in, my Memory is GONE!!! Then Memory 2 is my wife!! So I put her in memory 1 and me in 2.... They STILL CHANGE @ as...
So what was the purpose to get rid of the 5.7 of the Hurricane gets the same mpg? Why did they not fine tune the 5,7 a little more and just keep the greatest V8 MOPAR ever built, you have to wonder?
So when you enter your Rebel, you have to lower the truck with a Fob? Or just lower truck Like I do manual when you arrive to destination? Also can you get or do have the HO Hurricane in the Rebel?
You would think Ram would have powered running boards as an option on all Rebel Rams! What a bad decision by Ram not to have them as an option on all Ram trucks. They are such an awesome option to have on your truck and can be disabled totally if you don't want them to deploy. I put my Tuck in...
I ordered it, waited with much excitement to get it. It will be mine until I'm gone or can no longer drive. Had been more informed when I ordered it I would have bought the Red Eye, but I was ignorant to the facts. But still very pleased.
