Um, a loaded Laramie is the exact same thing as a S Class Merc... except the ground clearance, 4WD, 395hp, payload, towing, warranty... any more reasons needed?
Those were the exact same reasons I didn't even take a Raptor out for a test drive. Interior felt like a prop from an 80's low budget space movie and the V6, no matter how much power it had, had me checking if I was wearing panties.
V8 Hemi reliability and the best 8 speed trans currently in...
Checked the Mopar site and my Rebel got tagged for the Air bag module recall too. I'd actually be surprised if almost everyone here isn't notified that their Ram is recalled. Seems like a biggy.
Stay safe out there! Or as safe as you can, without power steering, brakes, steering wheels or...
Just a small side note, I had a few gremlins early on with my 5th gen Rebel... but remembering that I had early oddities with my 4th gen Rebel that sorted themselves out as the trucks systems "learned" my driving habits it may be a similar case for you. Don't be surprised if they say all is...
I tend to think it's a combo of service and device. We never have problems with our Android devices (volume issues yes, not bluetooth connectivity or LTE) and often have connection problems with Apple devices, even iPods.
Also our radar comes up quick, couple seconds, so that might be region...
You only need to be in "drive" to select gears, not actually rolling. Sounds like he just had a fluke glitch and should enquire at his next service visit.
I can second the thumbs up for the Infinity's. Actually got to turn UP the treble and mids after install because they were more clear without distortion/noise/shrill effects. Before the swap I had mids off and treble 3 or 4 bars down.
No. Incorrect.
To answer the OP's question directly, you will be fine outside of regular wear and tear.
As for your statement @Jordan3206 you're speaking to something I get the sense you have a vague knowledge of. In the future I suggest you do a bit more homework before giving a poorly...
Tazer DT is the only way for Canadians to change their DRL's at the moment. I'll play around with the settings and see if "off" is actually off or something else.
My 2016 Rebel with air was probably only slightly better because of the taller side wall of the 17" wheels with 33" rubber. But totally agree that the trade off between ground clearance and ride quality is not worth it.
I can confirm the Tazer DT will change the location of the DRL's to the yellow turn stripes like a 2018 and/or I believe off all together, but I can't confirm that because I only have tried the turn signal setting.
I would never use a third party collision center with a new vehicle. Dealer collision services are meant to bring the vehicle back to factory standards or better. They have access to correct OEM panels, parts and paint. 99% of the time, dealer collision services will recommend complete...
That's a great point to raise... the capless design is frustrating even during regular fill-ups. I think a larger funnel is the only answer, just have a bag to put it in after and keep it in the box.
