Yeah T&C is expensive , moreso than other destinations. Luckily my wife and I made one or two decent decisions so we could afford to live here...but even still we certainly do feel the cost quite a bit...oh well it's the price of paradise I guess lol

Well where I live there are no automated car washes on island....so it's either paying Haitians to wash and scratch up my car with dirty rags...or doing it in my driveway using a foam cannon, pH neutral car shampoo and soft microfiber wash mitts and drying towels I choose the latter and sweat...

Thanks guys...good suggestions. A lot of the rental car companies here actually tell visitors to take out all their valuables and leave vehicles unlocked. No way I am gonna leave a $60k truck unlocked ...cant stand the idea of some idiot rummaging through my vehicle lol
