Most of my vehicles over the years have had sunroofs but have been garage parked. There is no way I'd be able to fit a 1500 in my garage and so with the potential for YEARs of outdoor parking should I opt OUT of a panoramic sunroof?

Hahaha...because a black 1500 is so girly lol. Anyways I figure a 3:21 with MDS on mid grade fuel shouldn't be that bad on the highway. Should it?

By the way to all 5.7s have active fuel saver MDS or do you have to order that as an option when specify the V8? And what is MDS?

So I will probably never tow more than about 5,000 pounds and the two main highways I take to my cottage have speed limits of 80 Km/H meaning you set it at 90 and 100Km/H meaning you set it at 119. Which rear end would you say is best for me?

I might have missed this in this very good, but pages long, thread but what type of fuel savings are we talking about in terms of 3.21 over 3.92? I would never tow anything over 4,000 lbs., because I'm just not that confident in my ability and would hire someone. More to the point, my boat...

Could this be one of them systems that actually benefits from use like a sunroof? Seem to notice, an admittedly loose, connection between guys that really pile on the weight [no issues] versus the guys that just leave them sitting around for days [more issues?] that sound right?

Actually one follow up is the tires? So I don't actually know this as I'm currently [and hopefully not that much longer] an Audi owner but my car is pretty quiet...I'll give it that. So is it fair to say that a Limited would be much quieter than the Rebel because of the smoother road tires...

I agree with the fuel comment...use what it says to use in the manual period. But as a follow up...how hard would it be for me to bolt on I guess new or better designed bolts to the exhaust manifold if I cross the warranty? Assume this is a matter of getting underneath it and having a flexible...

I sometimes wonder about the impact of termperature. Like aren't pistons made out of forged steel? How much of a reduction in piston diameter could even the coldest evening cause the following morning?
