I take mine through a car wash weekly (sometimes a few times a week) and other than a few scratches I haven't had any issues. The scratches I don't really care about because you don't notice them unless you're looking for them, and the truck looks 1000% better washed with a few scratches than...
I'm going to assume he didn't remove the nut and just added wicking loctite (the point of wicking loctite is to secure things that have already been torqued).
The air noise can also be caused by misaligned doors (causing the door gasket not to seal properly). You have to loosen the door hinge bolts and adjust the door until you get a complete seal. Obviously the dealer should be handling that but you can do it if you feel up to it.

As for the lemon...
Sounds like a sales tactic designed to pressure you into paying the higher price to avoid all the inconvenience of returning the truck/canceling (making you feel psychologically that the truck is yours and now you're "losing" it by returning it).
I would drive the truck back to the dealer and...
I use it (comes in handy to see the tires/road lines) and mine never gets stuck, but I don't swap from R to D to R to D like you would in a parallel park situation. Maybe the motors/software can't keep up with the fast switching.
All city driving (fully loaded stock 5.8 Hemi E-Torque 3.92 always 4WD Auto). I've started using 2WD more now though as you can clearly feel the front end binding in sharp turns so I assume it causes an MPG hit (and my MPG has been slowly climbing since so we'll see).
I've always driven small sedans/coupes. This is my first truck and I don't think I can go back. Parking is abysmal (I miss being able to easily whip into any space I see in a parking lot) but that's also just because I don't have my truck legs yet (still getting used to the wide turn radius and...
Nothing with insurance is free. I'd see if the dealer would cover it before I asked insurance about it.
There have been other people report windows randomly breaking if you search the forum. Not sure if how common it is though.
Just curious, do you idle your truck a lot? I remember reading info on how the hemi destroys its cams/lifters on idle for some reason (and that's why some people don't ever report any issues, because they never idle their truck for every long). I feel like remote start will cause the issue to...
The Parking Brake should be engaged anytime the vehicle is in Park anyway IMO. Especially so in our vehicles where you can set uConnect to engage it automatically anytime you're in Park. It even automatically disengages when you're wearing your seat belt, put the vehicle in Reverse/Drive, and...
Looks great and best of luck but I doubt the ceramic coating will last 5 years (all of that marketing is BS). After a year or so I'd say it'll be mostly gone (which is why so many brands sell "boosters" to compensate for the wear on the original coating). I've debated a coating myself multiple...
I've seen water spots on the window for a while now, but finally visibly confirmed that the cracks are now leaking. Going to have to schedule a replacement soon.
I've been having to go AGM on my newer cars. All the accessories have so much drain/pull that it's almost required at this point IMO.
A bunch of the batteries from various brands (AutoZone, Advanced Auto Parts, etc.) are all made by the same manufacturer and rebranded. I've been buying mine...
