Man...lighting is FUNCTIONAL! And for safety of yourself and others. Why people choose to dim them with tint is beyond me. Other guys are adding lights, for offroading at night and such. To each his own, but I prefer aesthetics that don't compromise common sense functionality.
Your logic isn't sound. A credit score is something you use, not hoard. You need good credit to get credit, and you need to use credit to build a good score. You're not going to get a credit card with good credit, only to have your score damaged by getting a card, thereby putting your good...
I KNEW there were like minded folks on here! I drive the beater (2001 Dodge Dakota) in rain or snow.
On the way to the airport yesterday though, the front left caliper was sticking and made LOTS of smoke on those pads. Too far and too little time to double back for the Ram. Guess I'll be...
Hey Adam, I have a WR250R, which I'm enjoying more and more as I get used to the paradigm shift from a streetbike on which I can touch the ground! Looks like a fun crew there. If central Indiana had more off-road options, maybe I'd meet more riders. Have fun!
There is no welding, correct? Just slip joints, maybe band clamps or something? I did a basic exhaust replacement on my Dodge Dakota a few years back, after the OEM rusted out. I just assembled and hung it. It's a bit stinky though, either because my engine has 200K miles on it, or perhaps...
The Tesla tells you how long it charges, and the electric company offers a very low overnight rate of $0.01/kWh (Georgia Power Company) between 11pm-7am. He has the Tesla Y, with a 60 kWh battery. At $0.01/kWh, it should cost no more than $0.60 to charge from zero. I asked him to verify his...
While I catch a lot of heat for spending so much on my truck, relieving back sweat was a very high priority after 20 years with cloth seats in my Dodge Dakota. As soon as I heard ventilated seats were a thing, I wanted that solution. Then of course that also means you have to upgrade to...
I'm planning on getting the tow hooks, but I can't say I truly needed them after 20 years with my Dodge Dakota. I keep thinking of use cases. Do I want to be pulling strangers out of ditches in the winter? I did use my Dakota's hitch with a chain to pull out multiple overgrown shrubs. I'm...
Love the orange, truly! Ram's colors are so conservative. I thought that the Built to Serve models had somewhat military colors though? Green for Army, blue for Navy...
Man, if I accepted every credit card come-on deal I see...but then I'd have a wallet full of them.
I have found that the flyer points on the Chase Southwest Rewards card offers the best value. Years ago I would just accept the $1 for 1000 points rebates and occasionally get an Amazon gift card...
I have the sense that the 3.21 gearing makes a big difference in fuel economy. I have the 3.92, and intially it seemed exciting to have the better accelerating gearing. However, before buying I also trusted that I really would see 17 city 22 highway. HA! My combined says 16, but when I...
