I asked if MD could inquire about this and what options I had after-sale to upgrade these back to reclining seats. This was the response: “Stellatntis stated that this will not be an easy fix after-market. You would have to replace the entire back seat”

FWIW, this supply issue only affects the reclining portion of these at. The rear seats will still have heating, etc.

I just heard from MD. I placed my order on 3/25, and received my VIN today, and the POC shows D1 status with an estimated ship date of 4/12. That is way quicker than I was expecting. The ship date is the date it leaves the plant, right? So I guess it could sit on the train for quite some time...

Congrats on the new truck! I’m new here too, but my understanding is that you can chat with ramchat on their website and provide them your VIN, which the dealer should’ve provided, and they will give you the current status.

It was $423 for me, checking again it now shows $440.
