    Rear window surround crack.

Well it’s been raining pretty good today and I’ve checked the interior rear window area a number of times and I haven’t noticed a single drop inside. I’m thinking this solved my problem. I’ll update if anything changes. Thanks again for the info.

    Wiper Arm Gouging Hood

Damn that sucks! Was the nut being loose the cause of that? I inspected my wiper arms the other day, I pulled the plastic cover off and the nuts seemed firm.

No bed liner hurt trade in value

That’s interesting. Before I got my Ram the dealer bought my 2017 Charger lease from the leasing company. Which I had 5 payments left. When I was looking for my Ram one of my must haves was at least the drop in bed liner. Mine had it in the pics before they did a dealer trade but when I got...

No bed liner hurt trade in value

That would be my guess. Are u purchasing or leasing? Leasing may incur extra wear and tear fees. Here’s a link to the Mopar bed mat at the lowest price I could find. And it includes the tailgate portion too...

    Rear wheel house liners necessary

Do u know what they usually cost?

    Rear wheel house liners necessary

It’s probably not necessary but looks way better with them. I wish mine had them. It’s ridiculous that’s it’s not standard. I’m leasing my Ram, so I’m not looking to put too much money into it. Maybe the Mopar bed mat and a Tyger roll up tonneau cover is the most I’ll do at some point.

    Rear window surround crack.

I ended up just applying it onto the factory seal. I was very careful when screwing the brake light housing back in, making sure I was alternating my screw pattern and gently tightening them. Firmly but not too aggressive since I didn’t want to crack the housing. The new seal seemed to compress...

    Rear window surround crack.

Thanks for the reply. What I was thinking was to leave the current one intact and just put the new one on top of it or on the truck it’s self. That way if it doesn’t work, their wouldn’t be any evidence of me messing with it if I had to take it to the dealer later on.

    Rear window surround crack.

Thanks for the info. I might try this soon.

    Rear window surround crack.

I might try this soon. Thanks for the info. Did u remove the factory seal and then apply it or just applied it over it? Thanks.

I’m not sure if u have already but would u mind posting a link to the seal u used to replace the stock one? Thanks

    Wax for Black

Your welcome! That looks great! I’ve been using Turtle Wax ICE products for quite a few years now. Always with great results. After washing, I like to use their Seal & Shine spray, which last’s about 3 months (only one to two sprays per panel, a little goes a long way) it can be layered with the...

    Wax for Black

I like using Turtle Wax spray detailer. I use it on all the black trim pieces too. It gives it a nice shine and doesn’t leave any residue.

    Official Stormtrooper Thread

That’s true. I’ve thought about that as well. I’m sure someone could still get into the metal one if they really wanted to. All I really want a cover for though is to stop snow and ice build up during the winter that slides around if left in the bed.

    Official Stormtrooper Thread

Thanks for the suggestion. I looked it up and it’s more than I’d like to spend. Especially since I’m leasing my Ram. I appreciate the info tho.

What lights should be on as daytime running lights?

It confused me at first too. The daytime running lights are the low beam led’s. If u turn off daytime running lights in the uconnect system, only the upper and lower led’s will be lit up. I like the look of that a lot better and with the fog lights on as well, especially on a cloudy or rainy day.

How are u liking the tonneau cover? I’m considering getting that one by Tyger.

Space under the Console & slidey thing

That’s where the CD player was for the 2019 models. That was removed for 2020 as far as I know. Is that it in the pic? I usually put a pack of Trident gum in there.

What did you do to your Ram today???

I hear ya. The few times I’ve needed to get into the bed, I usually just step on top of the tire and get in from the side.
