Well it’s been raining pretty good today and I’ve checked the interior rear window area a number of times and I haven’t noticed a single drop inside. I’m thinking this solved my problem. I’ll update if anything changes. Thanks again for the info.
Damn that sucks! Was the nut being loose the cause of that? I inspected my wiper arms the other day, I pulled the plastic cover off and the nuts seemed firm.
That’s interesting. Before I got my Ram the dealer bought my 2017 Charger lease from the leasing company. Which I had 5 payments left. When I was looking for my Ram one of my must haves was at least the drop in bed liner. Mine had it in the pics before they did a dealer trade but when I got...
That would be my guess. Are u purchasing or leasing? Leasing may incur extra wear and tear fees. Here’s a link to the Mopar bed mat at the lowest price I could find. And it includes the tailgate portion too...
It’s probably not necessary but looks way better with them. I wish mine had them. It’s ridiculous that’s it’s not standard. I’m leasing my Ram, so I’m not looking to put too much money into it. Maybe the Mopar bed mat and a Tyger roll up tonneau cover is the most I’ll do at some point.
I ended up just applying it onto the factory seal. I was very careful when screwing the brake light housing back in, making sure I was alternating my screw pattern and gently tightening them. Firmly but not too aggressive since I didn’t want to crack the housing.
The new seal seemed to compress...
Thanks for the reply. What I was thinking was to leave the current one intact and just put the new one on top of it or on the truck it’s self. That way if it doesn’t work, their wouldn’t be any evidence of me messing with it if I had to take it to the dealer later on.
Your welcome! That looks great! I’ve been using Turtle Wax ICE products for quite a few years now. Always with great results. After washing, I like to use their Seal & Shine spray, which last’s about 3 months (only one to two sprays per panel, a little goes a long way) it can be layered with the...
That’s true. I’ve thought about that as well. I’m sure someone could still get into the metal one if they really wanted to. All I really want a cover for though is to stop snow and ice build up during the winter that slides around if left in the bed.
It confused me at first too. The daytime running lights are the low beam led’s. If u turn off daytime running lights in the uconnect system, only the upper and lower led’s will be lit up. I like the look of that a lot better and with the fog lights on as well, especially on a cloudy or rainy day.
That’s where the CD player was for the 2019 models. That was removed for 2020 as far as I know. Is that it in the pic? I usually put a pack of Trident gum in there.
