This is accurate, I own a printing company and work with vinyl everyday and some items take a long time to ‘gas off’. I have tried 3-4 times to put overlays on the Ram logo on the grill and tailgate. It lifted each time after about a month. Tried Avery and 3M both did the same but the tailgate...
Just an update, its been 3 weeks-ish since i received the OTA 26.17 update and so far it has been an improvement. I have not had a single loud buzzing freeze up, climate controls have not disappeared, coolant temp in offoad pages seems to work. Carplay has connected every-time and very quickly...
I have thought many times in the last year that my UC5 might have turned the corner and sorted itself out only to have it go crazy buggy time and time again. It has had stretches of seemingly normal operation but always follows with the same old bugs. One person may use certain features that...
I like how you can get a half screen with gauges. I l looked on mine (rebel with offroad pages) and don’t have an option for gauges configured like that only a half screen for pitch and roll which is pretty useless.
For sure, those are also the things that make the Rebel awesome! It would be nice if Ram would post separate fuel economy numbers for the Rebel. I feel like that would save them a lot of customer angry comments.

Best ever trip 18.81 us mpg hand calculated. No wind, highway 125km/h 78-80mph. Had several trips like this, there can be no wind, must be warm outside but not too warm, no extra weight. Could provably achieve 20mpg if slowed to 100-110kmh but don’t have that kind of patience...
Well S26.17 just updated yesterday so we’ll see how it does. Was excited that the performance pages appeared again (enabled with alfaobd a while back) and this time they disappeared while the app was open and I was looking through the screens less than 2 mins after the update. Not complaining...
Ram can’t even get the features currently enabled in UC5 to work correctly. Its laughable that they are promoting this life saving technology when they can’t even get a temperature gauge to work consistently, hvac controls to show, phones to connect… and they want more money for it 😂

Found this info online about EVAS. Looks like it will be part of a paid subscription service. Not something I would pay anything for.
Whatever the telematics update did it has seemed to help, at least for me. I was experiencing crashing 2-3 times a day each time with the annoying loud buzzing. Now in the last 2-3 weeks I only recall it happening once. It does however continue to reset itself on startup quite regularly...
I actually like the duratracs, never noticed any issues in rain and i’m super impressed a tire like this would be as good as it is in snow. I actually think they are better in snow than in mud. 20000km so far.
I think I’d be more worried about the complication of the ecoboost than the etorque. Just read on TFL truck F-150 is leading the way on price increases for 2023 models. Drive em both, buy the one you feel is best.
I have radio app on top half, bottom half split into two. Left side has climate controls and right side has short cuts for heated seats, wheel, power side steps.
I keep a photo handy so every 7-8 days or so that I have to factory reset this steaming POS I can put things back the same way...
I hope this next update drastically fixes these issues, I’ve pretty much had it with UC5. For months this freezing/crashing followed by buzzing as described by wegasque has been driving me to near insanity. Sometimes it goes on for multiple days restarting, crashing, buzzing restarting…...
Mine has been acting like this now that mornings are getting colder. Stalled once last when switching from reverse to drive. Took several turns of the engine to restart as well. Most mornings now it does hesitate, stumble and surge for a minute or two. Kind of behaves a bit like an old nissan...
I don’t think its been said anywhere that the Hemi is going away, sure the i6 might be optional in the Ram, Challenger, Charger etc but the Hemi will still be there same as the 5.0 in the Mustang and F150 even though the EB is also available. In fact Ford is bringing back a V8 option in the new...
