That's consumer. In the products world it is much more complex. For example, many incoterms assign paper ownership once a product lands at a freight forwarder...which the purchasing entity does control the shipping method from that point. But I have no idea how it works in automotive.
Not really unusual. My truck stayed in E on triple_b tracker from Feb 16 and today my pizza tracker updated to Built. I *think* that perhaps he doesn’t track all of the interim statuses after E. There are many and they move quickly.
I'm not sure if it was 71 days, but yeah pretty quick. It is in production and I have a build sheet. My wife is tired of me reading it :). Here is my "ultrasound" of the baby. Seeing your rendering makes me kinda wish I had opted for two-tone, for something like the 8th time.
I think it is more of an issue with your dealer and their guidance. I was the opposite - my dealer set expectations of 6+ months based on last year's trends, but it is looking to be about 10 weeks. I appreciate someone giving me worst case on schedules.
Can anyone advise what the speed limitations are for the various modes? I am assuming Aero and normal is valid and operational at any speed, but what about the offroad modes?
My pizza tracker has updated to in production. I am really excited to get my first Ram truck! I do feel bad for those who ordered much sooner...it really is crazy and has no apparent rhyme nor reason that I can figure out.
While doing my morning check of the pizza tracker, I got the magic pop-up giving me $1,000 cash. It stipulates that I have to take delivery by 3/16, and with my production date of 2/17 it makes it interesting and the race is on!
Got a nice surprise today when I noticed I went into production scheduled. Called the dealer and he said schedule is to start production on 2/17. He commented that this is the fastest he has seen in almost two years. I will believe it when I have it parked at the house 😀
