I didn’t end up getting to it this weekend, took the MX bike out to the track instead lol. I do want to pull the rear interior out and sound mat this truck like the last one, so when I do that I’ll cover all the holes. I did notice that with the window vent visors, I don’t notice the whistle as...
If I was in that area I would help you out. If you don’t have much luck in this thread, try posting in your regional forum, probably better odds of finding someone that can help out in your area.

I get a whistle I thought was the slider, but maybe it’s this since I can’t pinpoint it from the driver’s seat. Appears to be on the passenger side, correct? I just had it out a week ago to put sound matting on the sub, I should’ve checked then.

Make sure the recessed torx screw that holds the cap/handle in is tight. If you loosened or removed the latch itself during the install check those 3 screws as well. It could be misaligned just enough to cause an intermittent issue.

I replied to your PM, but just to remind everyone else who may read this….don’t freak out if your Uconnect menus and settings seem all messed up for a while after disconnecting the battery or making changes in the bcm, you didn’t break anything. If you have a navigation system in your truck it...
The same tabs you pressed to release the connectors from the sgw under the dash are what will release it from the bypass. If you’re using the one from infotainment, and it fits like mine, those little plugs are one hell of a tight fit. I put some dielectric grease on them to help them fit in and...
Yes, the front handles contain the parts needed for PE to function. Send Jimmy07 a message about the harnesses if you’re interested in going that route.

It’s not just the PE that’s affected. It’s the antennas picking up on the actual fob itself. I still get the occasional issue with mine using diode dynamic led’s in the chmsl, even though I have ferrite chokes on the wiring. But I’ve learned to just live with it now.

The ABS module is just 3 screws and a connector. It’s the HCU that some people may not feel comfortable messing with, since as others have said, it involves bleeding the brakes.

I also get a weird pulse/vibration in the gas pedal at random times. It's almost like the sound the ABS makes when you first start up and drive and it self-checks, but you can feel it in the pedal. Happens randomly and is quick enough that there's no way to try to listen for any further evidence...
If the rear antenna is not connected, the 3 honks you get when using the interior lock button is due to a fault with fobiksafe since it is looking for the 5th antenna now and not finding it.
If the handles are non-responsive when trying to either lock with the button, or unlock by touching the...
Once you figure out where the little clips are it should come out pretty simple. They are on the outer side, you should be able to reach up in there with your right hand and get them with your thumb. You just need to press them lightly and you should be able to slide the connectors right out...
Easiest way to find out is to have a dealer look up the parts installed on your truck via your VIN. Even with the DASM and FCW+ with AEB, my Laramie still doesn’t have the required abs/HCU for ACC to work.

If you’re talking about the textured black handles, they aren’t available with the PE feature. If you want to swap just the plastic covers it’s possible, you would just have to cut a hole for the button. Without looking back at the whole thread, I believe another member did this, there should be...
If the setting has shown up on the screen yet, go in and make sure the pedestrian alert/braking is on. If it’s still off you’ll have that light on the dash. At least that’s how it was when I enabled it on my truck.

Mine come on at 78° and above. It defaults to the highest speed if utilizing remote start, then goes to the lowest speed once you get in and hit the start/stop button. If you just get in and start it, it will default to the lowest speed.

There’s a whole thread on doing this step by step:

That’s the front of the ABS module, no good way that I know of to decipher a part number off of them other than looking it up using the VIN. The HCU is the piece behind that with all the brake lines connected to it. You can probably see the part number on the HCU by looking in the wheel well...
