Took a little drive on my lunch hour to get the truck cleaned

Passenger side was easy peasy, drivers said needed some negotiation to come out. Ended up cutting the shaft just below the rusted top nut… Just got back from the alignment shop and starting to compile my fabtech install video…side note…so sore!

This is what I use but after the lift install, I noticed I’m running out of height on my hydraulic Jack so might be time for a new one...

On my garage floor by myself. I’m pretty sore this morning but all in the name of a better truck!

I’m sore but the fronts are done. Tackling the rear shocks tonight.

Yup I’ve had that issue in the last, tried replacing the UCAs but ultimately swapping out the factory struts for Bilsteins resolved it.

These are nice and I almost feel bad installing them on my truck. This is Fabtechs mild lift kit with uniball ucas. Part # K3171DL. Shocks and coilovers are Dirtlogic (Fabtechs shock side).

Finally finished up my Shifts and Grins light bracket and Diode Dynamics light bar install. Sorry for the rain in the end, filmed in between tornado warnings. Overall, I’m super happy with this combo.

Posting it by the end of the weekend! Dad life making truck life a little more challenging these days.

The brackets have some play to them, I based my dims off the diode dynamics 30” bar so try to stay within a a half inch or so if the DD 30” bar.

Installed the new bar this evening!

My new brackets showed up today from Shifts and Grins! Time to cram by 30” DD light bar in the front of my truck!

I’m everywhere! Haha glad it helped! Simple video but an understated update to the interior!

For test fitting the bracket I used a nilight bar off Amazon. I just picked up a diode dynamics 30” bar for when my brackets come in.
