I'm not sure if this is related or not, but I have a Motorola RAZR 2020 phone (Android 10), and it seems to lose pairing info randomly every few days. I got it paired, set as favorite, granted access to everything, and even uploaded some favorite contacts to the screen - then, a few days later...
Not trying to hijack the thread...
But Thanks Guys! It's actually a '71, w/the original 351C punched out .060" with tons of Edelbrock, CompCams, Accel, Canton, and others go-fast goodies under the hood - the CamQuest utility from CompCams said I should expect about 400hp at the crank with all...
Good luck with your new car - I hope it lives up to your expectations.
But that's about as far as I can go with the cordials and pleasantries, as the owner of a REAL Mustang Mach 1.
I'm not sure on my build date, but my 2021 is kind of 'Meh.' My 2012 Lonestar blew ice cubes, on 100+ degree days with the fan on '3' (75%)... even after the evaporator developed a leak, eventually failed, and was repaired/replaced by a local mechanic.
The 2021 I give about a 'B+,' because...
The 'HEMI Tick' unfortunately is something that's plagued HEMI-powered vehicles since 2002, and it's not 'just' because of lifter issues. Broken exhaust manifold bolts are even more common that lifter tick, and exhibit the exact same symptoms: The engine ticks a bit during start-up... more...
I have the same, and the previous owner shut that function off (Thank Goodness!) - so I get no lights or dash indicators at all... and I'm just fine with that. Stupidest feature ever.
(having been driving for almost 40 years, I'd been trained early-on that when the engine shuts off at the...
I miss 'em for sure, and I still might consider getting a set, because the ONLY issues I see with these boxes involve interference with the bed lights and cargo rails (if you have 'em). I haven't actually used the bed lights yet... or even the bed, for that matter... but I think not being able...
Nice work, all - this is invaluable information for us audiophiles.
David0: Does your amp have a gain control knob, or is that done through the PAC AmpPro? I had an MTX powered Thunderform with 2 MTX 10" Terminators in my 2012 Lonestar with a gain control knob, which was perfect for boosting...
I'd considered the Truxport, as the one on my 2012 was an Extang soft tonneau. The Truxport appealed to me because it didn't have the center arch bars like the Extang did, but seeing the softcover buffeting up & down a few inches in the rear view mirror while at speed always had me wondering...
I went with a set of Weather Techs (need to get pics). I had some AVSs on my 2012 LoneStar (tape-on), and they got brittle and basically starting coming apart around 18 months after I got 'em. AVS warranty-replaced with no issues, but the new set had already developed a split in the...
I had a set of Undercover Swing Cases on my 2012 LoneStar - I loved 'em! I let them go with the truck for trade-in because I thought I had the BUG on my 2021, and they would've interfered with the rails and covered up the bed lights. If you have smaller tools or contents, this is the way to...
Actually, I just did a VIN look-up, and no BUG. The Spray-In Bedliner by Mopar is found as Standard Equipment under "Functional/Safety Features," and the Pick-Up Box LED Lighting is found under "Exterior Features" right before the list of Optional Equipment. So, I guess I got the mounting...
Yeah, that's the one I saw... and when I saw the rails, I was immediately stumped on how those rails were supposed to mate up to the existing rails of the BUG (which mine doesn't have anymore, apparently). Mine has pretty much everything with the BUG, but they must've pulled the cargo rails...
Wow. I thought the extra keys would've been for the Ram Boxes, not knowing that the bed divider would be keyed (which kind of makes sense, to keep it from getting swiped).
After looking it up, I think I might just be needin' me one of them there things. ;-) I know I hated chasing stuff around...
I saw the cargo rails listed on the BUG when I was shopping for trucks a few weeks ago, and even saw them in pics I found of the BUG-equipped trucks. But when I got mine (it had 5K miles on it already, so 'new-ish'), I noticed it was missing the cargo rails (the mounting holes are there...
My 2012 1500 LoneStar (w/5.7 HEMI) developed the tick. When I first bought it in 2014, it didn't tick at all, but I had an annoying heat shield vibration/rattle at 1500-ish. Over the years, I'd been able to calm the rattle/vibration by tweaking the heat shield (driver side exhaust manifold...
I just got an Undercover Flex - pretty much the same thing as a BAKFlip MX4, but has carpet on the underside of the panels and a 5-year warranty (vice the 3-year warranty offered by BAK) - same price (around $980).
Just picked mine up last week - 2 July. 2021 1500 Limited LongHorn 4x4. Gonna drive it just like this until the tires wear out, then I'll go with 35s, a leveling kit, and a Magnaflow Direct-Fit.
Well, there aren't any more because we ran out of places to park 'em.
