Here in New England, these tires are useless. I’m on my second 5th Gen with these tires on them and my new wheels / tires will be installed next week. Cannot come soon enough.
I was at the dealership today so I walked over to the service area and asked them if they provide speedometer calibration service.
They told me that they do not recommend changing the tire size on these trucks because it messes up all the sensors, and that if I ever needed my windshield...
I’m not a huge fan of the chrome package on 5th Gens.. and it’s actually not the bumpers that I don’t like, it’s the grill inserts and the chrome “eyebrow”.
That said, I do think some colors look nice with chrome accents, Patriot Blue being one of them. I like the Sport package because it has...
Joined the Patriot Blue club this week! Traded in my 2019 BigHorn Sport in Granite Crystal Metallic for this 2022 Laramie Sport Level 2. Loving it so far. I plan on keeping it mostly stock, except for a MOTOFAB 2” level kit and 34” General Grabbers which will be installed next week.

Thanks! That’s a pretty good deal. I’m planning on ordering one within the next 6 months or so. I only recently gave the Backcountry a good look. It’s a nice package. I’m not interested in paying $70-$75K for a truck. Plus I like the color options that are available, but not available on Night...
They come off so easy that you probably don’t even need the tool. Just pry it from one of the corners and it will pop right off.
However, as previously stated, the one on the tailgate is another story!
So far, so good. They seem to perform very well. They’re also quieter then the stock brakes. My stock brakes tended to squeal intermittently, and also had the “moan” in reverse especially when cold.
