I feel bad for this update, but my new radio is at the dealer per UConnect. Took about a month. They will still f!!! this up somehow I am sure. Will keep you posted.

My issue was that it would not lower from “normal” to “entry/exit”. I was on a slope and the truck was leaning about 10-15 degrees to the right. When I got back onto the level road it worked as intended. I think the computer couldn’t recognize the truck was on uneven ground.

I had an instance yesterday while hunting. Parked on an uneven shoulder of a state forest road and listing to the right. Tried to go from normal to “exit/entry” and it was a no go after 5+ minutes.

Update: Supposedly my “new” unit is scheduled to ship by end of month per uCanNotConnect rep. This is a disaster in the making. Any attorneys out there for a class action effort? There must be over 100k trucks affected by now.

Nice. After three different trucks, I got the full Bed Rug on my Leer. Will never own another truck (with cap) without it. After 18 months, I have been very happy with my Leer with the exception the Leer dealer didn’t install the Leer Locker correctly. This is my first Leer after many ARE...
Unfortunately, replacing the hardware is the only “fix” right now. My question is the OTA update that caused the problem still live? If so, wouldn’t that brick the replacement hardware as well?

My theory is they are hoping to find a OTA way to fix the firmware/software and not have to replace the $1900 radios. The current TSB calls for them to replace the radio if they cannot fix the issue with a update to the system.
This is completely BS and I have 2 cases regarding this issue open...
Spent 2.5 hours with FCA customer service this morning. The first rep couldn’t help himself for talking over me and eventually he eventually hung up on me after putting me on hold.
The second rep said I was out of warranty even though I have the extended warranty and that the issue was with...
My struggles continue . . .
Took my 2019 Ram in for the "bricked" 12in Sirius issue yesterday morning. They called and said they fixed it, and the cost was $106. Got to the dealer to pick the truck up and they said they did a firmware update to fix it. I asked why do I have to pay anything...

What do you know, left it off for about an 4 hours and it "kind of" came back. I was able to get am/fm radio, but the Sirius icon was greyed out like stated in the TSB. Drove to get pizza and turned the car off, when restarted got the Sirius loading message. Just the same as others and I don't...
That doesn't work for me. When I got in the truck this morning everything was working. Turned the car off went into the store for coffee. Started truck up and back to the Sirius loading screen. Cycled the car on and off about a dozen times over the last 4 hours and still get the loading screen...
Have the Cooper at3 Ltx in E rating. Ride a little stiffer, but Corning improves and the noise was about the same. I only tow a 4K lb boat and love them. That being said, there a lot of great tires out there.

I love the full bed BedRug under my XQ. So much nicer on the knees and the dogs love it. My Leer Locker might be the best truck accessory purchase ever for me. I like the clamps on the Leer better than the ARE

I am a huge cooper fan. I put a set of Zeon LtZ on our Land Cruiser and I am disappointed when compared to the Cooper AT3. They look awesome, but after 39k miles I am disappointed. They wear horrible, stink in snow/ice, not great in rain, and noisy above expectations. Got them instead of the AT3...
Why not Michelin LTX’s? Great on the road and supposedly really good on ice and snow. That’s what we am about to put on the wife’s land cruiser. I have coopers myself.
