I'm fortunate I have a company car so the truck only gets used on weekends for errands and grabbing stuff for house/yard work. I end up filling up once every 4-6 weeks so while the price to fill the tank sucks, I'm not bending over nearly as often as most of you guys are forced to. At this...
Had mine done via 3rd party and the interior was left an absolute mess. Footprints all over the liner and seats, pieces of old adhesive left all over the dash and floor, and a scratch on the door panel. I called the dealer and they completely detailed the entire interior and exterior and...
Just out of curiosity, what is the need for a phone holder now that apple/android carplay/auto is nearly standard and becoming more wireless? Honest question... not trying to be jerk.
Defender LTX here as well. I don't do anything that requires all the aggressive all terrains I would always buy... even though those all look way nicer than the Defenders. So far it's been a really nice tires in snow, wet and dry and it's very quiet. I've seen a small increase in mpg as well.
Based on their statement that the newly expanded size offering (2021) now covers 76% of the cars and crossovers made, I don't see this being a tire for trucks. Especially since they've got that market covered with other models already.
I'm assuming it comes with any package/trim level that has the remote tailgate feature? Only assuming this since it would slam open anytime you hit the button to open. Either way, it's crazy considering how cheap the part is and how quick it installs since they build the attachment points into...
This is the first time buying tires I didn't go for looks first. I got a few personal references for the Michelin Defender LTX M/S tires and read a bunch of great reviews so ended up going with them. They're definitely a quiet tire and ride nice and they had plenty of grip in the snow. I saw...
I found a DeeZee tailgate assist for my 2019 1500 Big Horn. My previous GMC came with the soft open feature and it really was great for when you have your hands full and can just barely grab the handle to open. Also great for when your “little helpers” are trying to be helpful and just let the...
Factory sprayed liner.
IMG 5038 shows where the cover sits when the side rails are installed completely against the bulkhead.
IMG 5026 shows where the cover sits when I re-position the side rails so the cover actually hits the tailgate and IMG 5030 shows how the cover sits on the bulkhead in...
It's a well made cover for sure. Very low profile so it looks great on the truck. The functionality is great as well. It took some playing with the side rails to sort out fitment issues that I believe would be eliminated if it were manufactured just a bit longer.
I just emailed LEER again...
