Just an update, Bushwacker said they are working on flare options for the Rebel. Doesn't necessarily sound like it will be available any time soon tho ....
Level links will get you level or whatever height adjustment you like. If you read up, the air system can throw errors if you go too far up or down from stock setting. I haven't had any issues with mine so far. I'm set within 1/4-1/2" level.
If you add just the spacer, it won't get you level as...
I used the other links and slightly customized with studs. Also running pro comps but 35x12.5s on -12 wheels. Just did the splash guard mod and no clearance issues in any mode.
I ended up not liking the bumpy ride and added a Daystar spacer, this brought back to stock ride if not better!
Link...
This is definitely good information. I figured about the same but hadn't looked into it yet. Still considering the roof led bar if I see someone else go for it first but leaning more towards abandoning the roof idea more.
Just started looking into this myself. I put roof cab lights on my last F150. Held up great but I'm nervous with the panoramic roof on my Ram Rebel. Definitely following this one if anyone makes progress.
I went the same route and leveled my air Rebel. I agree, nothing but benefits so far from the Daystar and link combo. See link to other post for details.
Air Level
You have to keep the adjustable links in. All though adding the spacer gives lift potential the air system would notice the height change and bring it back down. Level links correct this and spacer allows for more stock like psi in your air suspension (less stiff).
After driving for a week...
I leveled with a Daystar Spacer and some adjustable links. Just had to modify the splash guards a bit with a heat gun and cut off the tab behind them. Even without level, these would have fit. I can drive in Entry/ Exit through parking ramps and no rubbing.
20x10x-12
35x12.5x20
I leveled my Rebel with air. Daystar spacer and some adjustable links. More info on other thread here.

Also added some steps here.
I went with some Iconic steps off of Real Truck on sale. Had to modify brackets to tuck them another 1.5" closer to body. Love em.
More info on other post here.
Thanks, ya I really like them. My wife loves them now that she doesn't have to jump into the truck anymore!
Ya I had tried one side a couple weeks ago to see where the brackets put the steps stock. After modding, it pushed them in about 1.5". It doesn't seem like much, but noticablely better...
Added some cheap side steps yesterday. 4hrs to get done Cut brackets and made adapter plates to push them tight to the body. Leveled with Daystar spacer and adjustable links and 20x10x-12 w/ 35x12.5 Pro Comps last week.
Yes, I used (4) female ends and only on the front. I had been in communication with the seller before I purchased. I wasn't sure how sturdy the 3D printed threads would be. So I just got (4) female ends. On the listing it said 7/16 thread. Seemed odd, but I got a pice of stainless rod from...
It looks more like the headlights on rebel are taller which makes that panel look smaller. Bumper lines seem the same. If that were true, side/ fender would be the same. Picture is of 2019 Ram 1500 Roughcountry flares compared to stock 2019 Rebel flares.
Thanks for the pic! Man, your truck is BA! Love the setup. It does look like those were the 2018 style with the front notch where headlight would have been. Good to know that they still were able to form to the wheel well shape still. Weird that in the link on Amazon they show up as smooth to...
