It’s a 12v system. How much voltage do you think a 12v battery will apply when cranking. The system charges at 14v once the vehicle is running. Actually it’ll probably be less than 12v when cranking due to the cranking load off the starter. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yep. It’s a nice feature. I found it when I didn’t have the fog lights on. It seems brighter around corners when it pops on and not running the fogs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
