In response to your question, yes they should offer a way to disable it. The only thing I can think of that will disable it is a TazerDT. Its a module that connects to the Security Bypass port by the steering column and it allows you to alter features that are not available through the display...
I was responding to djevox about his doubt but yes I did read the post of OP just didn’t have anything to solve his issue at the moment.

There are some settings as well for the display where you can set it up so that it dims as low as possible when the headlights turn on. From factory it will be set to auto but switch it to manual and set it to the values you like.

Off Road Package or Off Road Group, makes a non Rebel truck as tall as one. They add a 1” lift on all corners from factory by switching out the springs to longer ones.

33s will clear on a factory truck if it came with the ORP, with the 2.5 lift you could squeeze in a 34 on the dot if you replaced wheels

Thank you! I just want to warn you on the Fuel Torque, check inventory, because when I purchased them I was told that their were only 5 in the nation and they took two months to arrive. Like everything.

The BDS kit will make the ride a bit stiffer and you’ll feel the road more as they are tuned for a hybrid driving style (moderate off road to harsh).

That sounds perfect! Well if I jump the gun and get the sway bar before you get the BDS kit, I’ll let you know how the stiffest setting feels. Down here in PR we have extremely rough roads so I should be able to get you an accurate description.
Hi again, let me know if you get that BDS kit installed and how it feels, thinking of getting a Hellwig sway bar down the road.

I was looking at the Carli Commuter as well but due to the fact I had ordered separate components to build a Bilstein kit and they never arrived I burned the 2 months I was willing to wait for. During this time the Carli didn’t show any updates so I decided to go with BDS since they had full...
The only other tire I’ve heard are the BFGoodrich KO2s which are all terrain vs the Nitto Ridge Grapplers which are hybrids, based on what I read on the website the Nittos are supposed to be quieter than others due to it tighter tread pattern towards the center of the tire and I can say this is...
