2025 Limited w/HK stereo speaker upgrade

If you are not putting anything in the rear headliner to reproduce highs/mids, you def need at least coax's in the doors.

2025 Limited w/HK stereo speaker upgrade

Just to give those contemplating a system upgrade something to look at if they want to go for a higher end system. There's people I've seen put near 10k into a system.

2025 Limited w/HK stereo speaker upgrade

Look - it's all gonna be subjective..... You really need to start out with: 1. Budget - how much are you willing to spend to get the sound you're after? 2. Are you tackling this project yourself, or having it done for you? Sometimes professional installation is the way to go if you're not adept...

    Intermittent issue with slide-out step.

"This is one of a few reasons I prefer fixed side steps." But - I have yet to find a set of steps that are at the right height, somewhere around halfway between the rockers and the ground. I in particular am a person with multiple back surgeries that just can't "hop-up" into the cab anymore, or...

    Intermittent issue with slide-out step.

Same with my 19' Limited. Took in to the dealer - they replaced door sensors (was also having problems with the step motors which were replaced) and it still does the same thing. This could actually be dangerous. On more than one occasion, I went to exit the truck, waited and waited for the...

    Cell Phone Mount

I have a Garmin dezl 770 that I'd like to be able to mount. It's a large GPS, and a little on the heavy side. Specs are: 7.8 x 4.8 x 1" and weighs 15.4 oz. Bought it when pulling a 43ft. Toyhauler with the Dually I use to have. I like it because of the larger screen and free lifetime updates...

    Changed Dash Speakers To Kickers...WOW!

@1791 - The CDT's have been a great addition to my build! Had to get the CDT Audio CL-69S 4 Ohm version. the baskets on the standard version is too deep to fit. A couple of people thought I had a sub installed hearing the CDT's even before I actually had installed a sub box.

    Limited Leather dash delamination.

All these reports of the dreaded bubbling of the dash... I'm either one of the lucky ones that it hasn't happened to, or it's already been replaced while in the previous owners care.

Downside Of Buying From Distant Dealer

To add to my previous post - I have also purchased locally and got burned. Bought a brand new 16' 2500 Laramie Longhorn with the Cummins to pull a newly acquired 5th wheel toyhauler, only to find out the 2500 w single rear wheels would be pushing it close to its limits, so I went back to the...

Downside Of Buying From Distant Dealer

Wife and I made a vehicle purchase 4 hours away - closest dealer that had exactly what we wanted. Called, and went to see the vehicle. Left with it shortly after. Purchased a warranty afterwards.

    Base 6 speaker upgrade options?

KFC X3C's in the dash are crossed over to produce midrange only. KFC X3C's in the rear headliner are crossed as tweets. Hertz Cento's in the front doors have had a modified bracket made to center and bring the tweets up to the opening of the grills for better dispersion into the cab. Center...
