    Cat Back Exhaust - 2025 Ram 1500

Has anyone upgraded their stock exhaust on their 2025? I'm looking for ideas...success stories...I was looking at Magnaflow but if there are benefits received from alternate manufacturers I could be persuaded that way if the sound and HP gains seen are good. Please advise.

    2025 Ram 1500 Radio Issue

I have a 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie SO and I have noticed the radio cut out a few times during driving sessions. It only lasts a few seconds and always comes back on. Anyone know what is causing this? Any fixes? Anyone experienced this issue?

    2025 RAM 1500 BIGHORN 3.0 I HURRICANE twin-turbo, SO, 420HP - check engine light

They did a software update before the fuel pump but that didn't clear the CEL...it came back so they diagnosed the fuel pump

    2025 RAM 1500 BIGHORN 3.0 I HURRICANE twin-turbo, SO, 420HP - check engine light

My CEL was for misfires and the tech said the fuel pump wasn't putting out correctly. He replaced it and I haven't had any new CEL issues. I just hit 5000 miles...issue was at about 1500 miles or so.

Have they looked at the fuel pump? Sorry if this might be unrelated...trying to help.

    Headlights

Mine don't turn off either. Built in Michigan and sourced to Iowa. Any youtube videos on how to turn off running headlights?

    2025 RAM 1500 BIGHORN 3.0 I HURRICANE twin-turbo, SO, 420HP - check engine light

Mine was a fuel pump and the CEL has been off since the last service completed. I had my 5000 mile initial service today and so far so good.

    2025 RAM 1500 BIGHORN 3.0 I HURRICANE twin-turbo, SO, 420HP - check engine light

Unfortunately with this 2025 truck I'm thinking there are a lot of problems and a one stop shop isn't gonna catch all the problems.

    2025 RAM 1500 BIGHORN 3.0 I HURRICANE twin-turbo, SO, 420HP - check engine light

My concern...I seemingly have tackled the CEL demon when they replaced my fuel pump (at least what they said they did - I'll confirm when I look at my service paperwork). I have not had a CEL since. When I have my first oil change service, will they do this "software update"? And with no CEL...

If they tell you it's the fuel kindly tell them that's bullsh*t and point them to the many other reasons discussed in this forum thread. I'm guessing you'll have one of the many gremlins discussed here and unfortunately it will be up to your service department (hopefully competent and training...

    2025 RAM 1500 BIGHORN 3.0 I HURRICANE twin-turbo, SO, 420HP - check engine light

I think it's a mix of problems leading to these CEL issues. I think Ram rushed this truck for consumer purchase before thoroughly venting issues during testing, if any. Yours is a PCM, mine is/was a fuel pump, another was an airbox...too many gremlins. It shouldn't be like this being without...

    2025 RAM 1500 BIGHORN 3.0 I HURRICANE twin-turbo, SO, 420HP - check engine light

After getting my truck back from the 2nd CEL for misfires the Service Tech stated to use 87 octane....it didn't make sense to me since I used 91 octane in my '09 and zero issues....I would think a turbo vehicle would like to drink the higher octane as well.....but, I've stuck with 87 octane with...

    2025 RAM 1500 BIGHORN 3.0 I HURRICANE twin-turbo, SO, 420HP - check engine light

What octane of fuel is everyone buying? Since I got my truck back I've stayed with 87 w/ no ethanol and (knock on wood) no CEL again....yet. so far fuel pump has fixed my issues.. I hope I'm in the clear and can move on.

That's a different Star Case # than what I was given (not surprised though the way the Service Department personnel were). Just a few comments from your attachment....Did the US government put out those diagnostic instruction? Wow...LOL...and I'm surprised they didn't ask what the owner ate...

I did buy a scanner and will use it when a code pops up. So far no noticeable cold start issues but I'll be on the lookout...I have typical warm up RPMs that settle out before I head out for my daily business.

Update on my CEL misfire issue...so far so good. Put a few hundred miles on her and the fuel pump replacement has been the answer (I hope that didnt jinx me). Sounds like a lot of different solutions given for the same CEL misfire problem on this thread. I hope everyone gets some resolve.

    2025 RAM 1500 BIGHORN 3.0 I HURRICANE twin-turbo, SO, 420HP - check engine light

I was temporarily on my Fatboy while my problem was getting taken care of by my dealership. I never mind some wind therapy. I can't believe there are so many solutions given on this thread for the same CEL issue. It makes me a bit suspicious. I wouldn't give up on Ram's because of...

    2025 RAM 1500 BIGHORN 3.0 I HURRICANE twin-turbo, SO, 420HP - check engine light

So far so good, but I dont want to jinx it though. Im going to give it a few more hundred miles before I think its all good. Ive been putting 87 octane with no ethanol in it from the same station to have consistency. I really want to get a bed liner, tonneau cover, and a step/running board...
