Definitely better QC. Body panels that actually match (paint hue differences at least in Ivory White), color choice ambient lighting, better fuel economy on the gas engines.
Ah! My 2015 Outdoorsman was equipped with air suspension and it was always level. I've noticed that my 2021 has a rake. Not sure why because one of the benefits of the air ride is to keep the truck level.

No. My PDR guy wouldnt even touch it. He said he can tell it's the stamping process on such a large panel but couldn't see it well enough up close to work it. Said he would risk making it worse.

My 2015 outdoorsman had air suspension. I ordered it that way for towing a car trailer. It was flawless for 105k miles, but it did freeze up and blow fuses in the winter.
It's so good though that I bought my 21 Limited night edition for one reason because it comes with the air suspension...
