Might be dumb question, but did you adjust the lighting? My 2021 Rebel has switch you can adjust. Mine was broke when it was new. Hit little bumps on road, dash/screen would turn off or on. But if it's too bright for you, you can adjust it.

With current Truck market, not as bad earlier. But good luck finding a used 20/21. If you do it's likely same or more than new one. Likely be hard to even find a new one on a dealer lot.

If you live anywhere cold. That is common problem. Doesn't matter if you live in the city or country. As person mentioned above about the food. In the winter, it's about staying warm. Hybrid and EV car/trucks are worse. Could be worse, it could be rats.

You are likely going have keep replacing the battery, no matter if buy 'good' one or not. As said above you need drive it more often and/or get battery tender

You should be fine. Since you mentioned you removed as much as you could. Rainx is mostly water, other chemicals in it should not effect anything. If you are worried about it, you could get a full flush.
