    I would not consider that normal at all. I’ve never seen that on any vehicle I have owned except for one...the one I left the sunroof open during a rainstorm and the interior got soaked.

    Yes my understanding is I have to pay for them first but I’m fine with that. I have the form filled out from my doctor as well as a prescription which, according to the document, is all that is required.

    Certainly doesn’t seem normal but there seems to be some who are not happy with the HK system. I would go back to the dealer, have them listen and see what they say. Maybe the back speakers are lemons.
