As the resident Captain Obvious, I say it probably has more to do with how it was maintained and driven than the engine itself. Does the seller have copies of receipts or logs of engine work done on the rig? If so, the seller probably took good care of it.
I have one, and it fits great. There is a bit of a learning curve about how to get it on best/quickest/most efficiently, but it's not difficult. My wife was perplexed by it at first, but she figured it out too.
Ultimately, it's a bit pricey but worth it IMHO.
Another option may be to get a screen protector that's matte. I got this one (https://www.amazon.com/Kykr-Premium-Screen-Protector-Matte/dp/B089P22TY4) and it made a world of difference.

From my perspective, I like having the eT system if only to restart the engine during its auto-start/auto-stop cycle. Other designs use the starter (wearing down the starter), but the eT system uses the hybrid...
