Yeah I don’t believe they would redesign the entire light. Just the seal. I’ll upload the pictures of the new light when it arrives

    Rear window surround crack.

I will be filing lemon law if my issue isn’t taken care of. If my truck still leaks with “repairs” and replacements being done.... I am writing down all my experiences as well. I already have an attorney I consulted with.

    Rear Window Leaking

Yep, my case manager I spoke to last Friday was suppose to call my dealers service department and implement a game plan has yet to follow up with me. FCA is a disappointment for allowing this to get to this point with the window leaks. NEVER buying another FCA vehicle in the future sorry to say...

    Rear window surround crack.

The part number for the newest brake light ends in AG. I’ve called several dealers in a 30+ miles radius and all of them have them on back order. The one nearest to me said they would have them by April 12th, after checking their tracking info. I went to MyMopar online store and ordered it for...

    Rear window surround crack.

I asked those who removed the weatherstrip molding on the roof. It’s adhesive. Not clips. Can’t be a source of water intrusion.

    Roof rack...

Did you remove the weatherstrip on the roof? I want to know if the weather stopping is attached with an adhesive or clipped into the actual roof itself? Thanks.

    Rear window surround crack.

I appreciate follow up on that. I questioned the weatherstrip as well to the dealership and the service technician. I was told by the service technician that the weatherstrip is simply attached with adhesive and that there are no holes under the weatherstrip that could become a problem. Can you...

    Rear window surround crack.

I purchased a new part number third brack light. Ram has made a new one with the part number ending in AG now. Along with updated screws. I have not received them in the mail yet.. if this does not stop the leak I know for sure it’s the window surround seal that is bad. Hoping the third brake...

    Rear window surround crack.

You have to run the hose for 30 plus minutes. I did a 10 minutes test on the backlight installed and corner and got no water. I did it again for 30 minutes and I got water intrusion in the inside passenger corner.

The screws should be here this week. The updated third brake light I ordered last Friday. I am hoping i get it by weeks end... Where did you order your third brake light? And how long did it take to receive? BTW can you send me some photos of your third brake light? I’m curious to know what...

Call FCA yourself. They will already know what dealer your taking about as soon as you provide your vin if your car was checked into service at said dealer.

    Rear Window Leaking

Did they find a leak though. Call FCA directly and start a claim. That’s what I did.

    Rear Window Leaking

You specifically said this? ********... they do. Whoever you spoke to is on crack. The frame/seal and or 3rd Brake light is leaking. Not the window itself. It’s covered. Call ramcares and get a case number for your issue.

    Rear window surround crack.

3 weeks ago I witnessed this... leak on my passenger side corner. I ordered the new 3rd brake light with the part # ending in AG and the new torx bolts last week. I too have no cracks in my molding. Crossing fingers.

Also, sorry for the numerous questions but I’m really trying to get to the bottom of this leak. The photo you have with the part number ending in AF Is that a gasket that you added to your existing rear brake light assembly?
