Just slapped on 285/45r22 AT3s. Amazing and worth the money if you can find a set.
FWIW, you will get rub when you do a full park with the 305s, at least that's what most people on the forums are saying.
2021 Laramie, crew cap, sport, no lift.
If you're older than I recommend 18" or 14" Magnaflow (or any other muffler that's a similar size) with resonators. Perfect sound for someone with a professional job.
I know I'm generalizing here but, if you have a wife, she's probably like every other wife in that she doesn't want all the...
Just put on 285/45r22 AT3s on. Compared to your pics, it looks similar but a little less aggressive on the sidewall tread (with aggressive side facing out), but still noticeably aggressive, as far as general looks. They are definitely more quiet than Grapplers though... no question.
2021...
I'd probably play it safe with the rating the same. In fact, I called a few shops with the same question and they refused to put on tires that were different ratings, even after offering to pay full asking for tires plus labor. Maybe they were a little too much, but safety first I suppose!
Insanely smooth. That's all I have to say. Didn't expect them to be this smooth but the work they did on the treads compared to the AT2s are worlds apart. My buddy has the new Grappers and they are DEFINITELY louder than the AT3s, not sure how it's a debate... at least that's my 2 cents 🤷♂️.
It looks it depends on your tire size. I ordered mine last week and just got them put on my truck today. 285/45r22. Apparently, this size is pretty rare for the AT3 but seems like there's less of an issue getting them?
Thanks for the clarification! You are definitely more knowledgeable than me on this issue, that's clear as day. I'm still working on trying to understand a lot of the complaints on the forums but I feel like just sitting down and reading the User's Manual will address a lot of concerns. My...
Oh also, FWIW, if you have a sunroof, no tint and you just keep that shade closed, you're still going to get cooked in the cabin. Put your hand up there when the sun is out and it's shockingly hot even with a 20% factory cosmetic tint. That panoramic sunroof is enormous.
Also, the crystalline...
Sure. This is for the "auto" mode only as I have never used the manual settings on my truck (just following the recommendations from the factory). Basically, once you set your cabin temp, the AC will adjust as the temperature in the cabin changes. Once the temperature is stabilized (you'll...
FWIW, I hate summer and wanted to block out as much heat as physically possible so got ceramic tint on my driver/passenger side (35%) then 25% crystalline on the panoramic sunroof and during this heatwave in VA I keep my AC on 73 and its freezing in the truck (21 Laramie). The best and most...
