I taped off the hood, grill and tailgate emblems. Important to carefully run a razor blade along the spray/tape edge so that the Plasti spray doesn’t pull up when removing tape. Not sure how the spray will hold up, but if not, I’ll buy the black pieces off eBay.

My new 2019 replaced my 2017 Crew Sport. Debadged the doors and tailgate, Plasti-sprayed the Hemi hood emblems and the RAM grill lettering. Maybe will remove the black vinyl on the B pillars when it gets warmer.

Yes, the sensors have to be “introduced” to the vehicle. A dealer or repair shop can do this in about 10-15 minutes. I have a shop swap out mounted snows and all seasons twice a year. They use a handheld tool to program the sensors as part of the swap. BTW, this must be done each time the...

FYI, Bedrug also makes a floor covering matt without the sides. Same molding that fits the bed grooves, but does not fit tightly to the edges. There’s a 1” or so gap all around. But it is good quality and really saves the knees.

As a cheap (and reversible) alternatives powder coating, consider Plasti Dip spray. It’s durable, heat resistant, looks good and can be pealed off if you change your mind.
