Not sure if this helps, but on my Trackhawk the Park Sensors do the same thing; they throw a fit if you change the tire size with any program. It's definitely not specific to any Ram model.

Hey all. Been registered a while but now actively close to build. Im about to purchase a 2023 Limited 5.7L with eTourque for about $10K under MSRP. I'm building mine out so want your opinions, please. I will be towing my Grand Cherokee Trackhawk (I'm guessing about 7,500 lbs w/trailer)...

You will probably have to send it to them to reset it. Happened with my PCM on my Trackhawk with my Livernois handheld. Bricked the PCM and had to send it in.
