--Expired-- DEAL ALERT - Hellwig Sway Bar

I'm sure buried in their website somewhere there is a disclaimer about incorrect pricing so they don't have to honor the $125 price. Edit: Amazon has the 7709 for $224.33 with free Prime shipping.

--Expired-- DEAL ALERT - Hellwig Sway Bar

Congrats to the ones that will actually receive the Hellwig bar. I never could get one online. Tried to order by phone and was told no way! I did get an e-mail back from them. Obviously it's a mistake on the website since cost is more than $125.

--Expired-- DEAL ALERT - Hellwig Sway Bar

The page finally loaded for shipping, but it said they could not ship to my address, which is Oregon. Tried calling in the order and was told the price was $305. It's still in my cart for $125.

--Expired-- DEAL ALERT - Hellwig Sway Bar

I entered my card manually. Would never load the shipping information and complete the transaction. I just tried PayPal. Still won't load the shipping info and complete the sale.

--Expired-- DEAL ALERT - Hellwig Sway Bar

Nice find! For $260 I wasn't real interested in the bar. For $125 I'd buy one. Too bad their website won't load the last page to complete the transaction! I left it in the cart and will try again later.

    Poor fuel mileage highway

My last tank was good for 12.5 MPG. Mostly in town, but not stuck for hours idling in traffic on that tank, and I pretty much baby the truck. On one tank, with probably 60% city/40% hwy, I got 13.5 MPG. I can't wait to see how bad the mileage is when towing my enclosed trailer at about 7500...

    Slight vibration

The vibration felt in the eco mode is pretty much normal. On my truck, if you can get it in eco mode at 40 MPH, a vibration is pretty obvious. The constant vibration at highway speeds, whether in eco mode or not, is most likely the crappy Bridgestone tires.

    Slight vibration

My 2020 Ram has the vibration same as the OP between 58-63 MPH. When I left the dealership and got on the freeway to drive home, the vibration was so bad my first thoughts were unless this truck has some bad tires, which could be balanced or replaced, there was no way I could ever drive this...

    Adding tow mirror question

The 80730 is the correct mirror and cheaper at Rock Auto, until you add in the high cost of shipping from Rock Auto. $30 if you want them in a week, $12 if you can wait 1.5+ weeks.

    Ram Power Running Boards

$2200? Is that with labor? The list price on those steps is only $1500. RBP has some power steps you can get from Summit for $1200 , but I figured I would wait for the factory steps. I ordered some Ionic steps to use in the meantime.

    Ram Power Running Boards

Something about the location in a connector where the add on wiring went was already being used by another circuit in the 2020 model.

    Ram Power Running Boards

I was told the wire connections for power boards were different between 2019/2020. The power board add on kit is only plug and play for the 2019 model.

Only 6.5 mpg towing enclosed trailer!

I got 10-12 MPG towing an enclosed car trailer weighing between 6.5K and 7K with my last truck-2012 Ram R/T RCSB, six speed auto/4.10 gear. I usually ran between 60-70 MPH. I'll have to see what kind of numbers I get with the new truck-2020 CCSB Hemi 3.92 gear.

New member in OR-'12 R/T to '20 Laramie Sport

Checking in from Oregon. I just traded my in 36K mile 2012 Ram R/T on a 2020 Laramie Sport. Big difference between the two trucks, that's for sure!
