Ok so all the talk about top spacers and preload spacers has me thinking. Ready Lifts kit uses both, but the preload spacer basically makes you lose drop on the shocks. Why not just go to a single taller top spacer? You would maintain the original range of travel of the shock and it would be...
Westin also has the HDX guard.
I haven't seen many others besides those 3 so far. Wish more would start hitting the market. Even on the full bumpers the only ones I've seen is addicted designs, Westin and Frontier. So far none of them look real great IMO, though I wish Frontier had a side shot...
Doesn't really look like they did much to correct the ball joint angle except use a higher angle joint. Looks more like they're catering to the "Bling" crowd. I'll stick with my Ready Lift arms.
I agree that the wording on some of the options sucks, but thats true of any mfg right now. I saw the same thing when I was building a new F150 before I ordered my Ram. I don't think Ram intentionally shafted anybody because the 360 degree camera hasn't been available on any of the towing...
HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!! So because you were too lazy to ready the fine print that tells you what is and isn’t in a particular package you think you should be able to sue the manufacturer. This is one of the issues with today’s society. A quote that comes to mind is “lack of planning on your part...
Every time I decide that I’m going to be happy with the 2.5” lift and 275/65r20 tires I have sitting here to go on the truck I see pictures like this. I may need to find a way to get that extra 1”.
I doubt its your e-torque causing it. I am having the same problem with my non e-torque. Its not too loud in the front seat but its pretty loud in the back seat. It sounds like exhaust drone. It always happens when the truck seems to be under load at low (under 1500) rpms.
When I picked up my truck the salesman mentioned that the protection group was eliminated across all trim levels and rolled into the offroad package. This happened pretty recently as it was available when I ordered my truck, but a couple weeks ago he was trying to build a bighorn for a customer...
Yep, dealers are getting extremely lazy.
When I bought my truck I called around to about 8 different dealers and each phone call I told them what I wanted and they said they'd look for the truck and get back to me. Only 3 even called back. One was a store manager that his dad used to own a...

This is the version I’m going with. Debating on getting this or waiting for the full spring replacement kit.
Yes some of us do actually still listen to FM radio.
Has anyone noticed poor performance with FM radio reception? I live in the country and the closest radio station is about 30 min away. This station always comes in clear as a bell. I've noticed since I picked up my 1500 I'm having trouble...
My dealer did the same. Locked in my rebates at the time of order and if they go up when it arrives I'll get the extra. Also did the trade valuation at the time of order as well so I pretty much knew what my out the door price would be. FWIW I have never stepped foot inside this dealer prior to...
Don't hold your breath. You can sit at D1 for up to 45 days before FCA will do anything and it seems the bulk of the trucks do sit there a long time. Mine went D1 on 9/28 and wasn't built until 10/22. There are several others on the tracking sheet that were in D1 much longer. It seems that the...
That package has been around since mid September. It came out just before I placed an order for my truck. I wanted all the options in the North Edition except the color matched grill and bumpers. Unfortunately if you wanted all the features except the painted stuff it forced you into the North...
Mine sat at the rail yard for only 3-4 days. It was built on the 20th, moved to the rail yard on the 21st, and somewhere between the tracking sheet update on the 22nd and the update today it got on a train and is currently in Burdick, IN.
I'm not sure how the auto industry does it to where...
