I've had ezpass plastic "Velcro" and double sided 3m tape stuck and unstuck to tint in the same spot many times with no issue. Just wait a few days until it's dry and be careful what your doing and you'll be fine. For double sided tape use some heat and roll instead of peel.
Wondering if anyone with a Pulsar (under hood) on their 5.7 has had the p2127 for ETC Low Voltage popping up. I've had one in that I got second hand for about a month and removed once for an oil change and the abs software recall at the dealer.
Today, driving normally suddenly a bunch of...
Maybe try and ETC (electronic throttle controller) relearn if the pedal is giving you trouble? If the little red lightning bolt is flashing in the EVIC that would indicate a problem with it.
Have a 22 BH with the non-nav 8.4 but with the auto climate controls. I have the auto comfort setting set to off, I never use the "auto" setting for climate and I always turn it off before shutting down the engine. Whenever it's cold the front and rear defrost come on full blast. I can't for the...
The snap off the line is that half second throttle lag that shocks the crap out of the driveline if you stomp it with no brake torquing or anything. Giving it a little brake torque then launching it will curb the shock and leave tracks down the street even with traction control on. I have not...
I just installed mine today. They had to send me a new longer harness just to get it installed. Using the JL on a 8.4 UC5 22 DT. I did NOT have to mess with the connectors at all and did NOT lose auto start; via the key anyway I don't have the telematics box so no app.
The silent MDS kill is...
The Cummins "Gasser" uses the same block as the ISB. Cummins is developing three new heads for the next gen ISB. Gas, CNG, and Diesel. They call it "fuel agnostic". There are ramblings of the gas model being available in Rams to replace the Hemi, with the diesel as well, and potentially the CNG...
I know they put garbage fuel in it for it's first tank. I usually run it pretty low but haven't been lately. Maybe there's some water or crap in the bottom of the tank. I'll get some Lucas I've used it before. Are these engines THAT sensitive with the fuel...? My old POS trucks ran on just about...
My '22 with 17k on it has randomly been struggling to start, but it always does in fact start. To be clear the crank is strong but when it comes to turning over it sputters for a second or two before really firing up. I had the battery tested and its fine. It doesn't matter if it sits for a day...
The lightning bolt is the ETC "Electronic Throttle Control" as has been stated. If you're set up with AlfaOBD you can do an ETC relearn. I believe that recalibrates the throttle body. My light was on too at one point and a relearn turned it off. There are guides out there or a dealer can do it...
I too have wondered about this and have always heard 4wd on a non-slip surface like pavement is a bad idea. My truck is an urban assault vehicle so not too many places at all to go "off road". I literally got the ORP and have 33's to drive through city streets without bottoming out or destroying...
Maybe I got a bum one but I guess that's the risk buying second hand. I was trying to get the Hi's/Lo's strobing and wig/wagging. Fogs, tails, reverse etc. strobe fine with the 3x setting. I guess the headlights need the extra voltage from the engine running. My latest thing is cycling through...
I bought a used one off eBay, turns out it was NOT unmarried. Zautomotive does offer an "unmarry" service for $50 that I made use of. Luckily the seller did right by me and gave me a partial refund to cover it. I wouldn't say the device is worth retail. I've encountered a few quirks and bugs...
