Would need to know your year and model. Digital key is a 2025+ feature. But even 2025 owners say it doesn't work yet. I'm sure the comfort settings are the same
There really is no comparison between a canned one size fits most tune, and a custom tune for your truck. Diablos canned tunes are very "safe" with timing and fuel. A custom tune with data logging will always provide better results
Seems you have a hard time accepting suggestions. Not sure exactly what you were looking for. There were quite a few valid replies with constructive input about possible issues. But you have dismissed most of them without thought. Good luck in your journey.

Might be an improperly formated thumb drive that the truck is having issues reading. Corrupt files for the music. Not sure why there was a need to specify the type of music you listen to, as if that had any effect on whether the truck will play the files

Yes, as Eighty said, the offset is measured from centerline. So wider wheels will effect the "poke". Looks like he has you covered. Id be willing to bet there won't be a very visual difference without taking a straight edge and tape measure to them.
