Okay, it looks like you don't have ANC because if you did you'd have one of these under the driver's seat. The next thing that I would check is for any aftermarket exhaust components.

Some of these trucks have Active Noise Cancellation, the unit is located under the driver's seat. I would try pulling the fuse for or disconnecting the ANC and see what happens.
