Not exactly. If you buy certain half ton trucks (not brand specific) that are loaded up with many options, you may not be able to haul all your beer - you may have to go with liquor.
My payload is over 1600. I can haul buddies and lots of beer. My buddies will just have to go without some...
Got back from my hunting trip. Put about 300 miles on the truck. I'm very please with the noise level of the B2 Fab set up. As we mentioned above, sound is subjective. Might be a VERY minimal amount of drone for me at 1500 RPM but it is not bothersome at all. I would have no problem taking...
Does your dealer offer any type of return grace period? Sounds like a 2500 would fit your needs better and give you some cushion. Fancy hitch or not, your bordering on the edge of unsafe conditions.
Bought my truck "prepandemic" in Aug 2019. $53K sticker, paid $44K (before taxes and such), got $13,500 for my 2009 Mustang GT on trade, financed for 72 months, 3.35%, payments are just under $500/months. I've never leased a vehicle - too many mods. The vehicles I don't drive daily don't get...
Hey there. Saw you replied to a OEM exhaust FS thread. Just wanted to reach out and let you know I have stock muffler, resonators, and black OEM tips available. Let me know if you interested.
One big difference will be 4x4 system. Laramie uses a clutch system, Rebel does not. Therefore, Rebel does not offer the auto 4x4 feature whereas the Laramie will. Obviously, I have a Rebel, but the Laramies with the sport and offroad packages are sweet rides. I wanted a more simple...
Here's the video I made. I started the truck stock, with just the B2 Fab moderate muffler (resonators still in place), then with the B2 Fab muffler in place and resonators removed. Audio isn't great (it's tough to capture exhaust notes), but you can definitely hear the difference from each step.
Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws are VERY popular here. These are not the same as the factory Falkens. No personal experience with them, but there are lots of members who speak highly of them.
Well I'm in PA, so trails can be a bit tight - lots of forest area around me. There is an offroad park in central PA called Rausch Creek. It is well known in the Jeep scene. Rausch Creek hosted a "Raptor Day". A buddy of mine has a Raptor, and he went to this event. He said they did a nice...
If I wasn't on the other side of the county, I would have been there! Looks like an awesome trip!!
When are we getting a trip like this goin in the East??
If you still feel the sound is to mild, I'd suggest going the resonator delete kit as well. Just finished installing my moderate muffler and resonator deletes last night. I started the truck with the B2 muffler with the resonators still in place just to see the difference. The difference is...
Check out B2 Fabrication. I just installed their "moderate" muffler and resonator delete kit. I started the truck after replacing the muffler before removing the resonators and there was mild sound difference. After removing the resonators, the difference was significant, but not overwhelming...
