Yes drone went away when fuse pulled. About 300 km drone free (Sunday/Monday driving) just normal as expected sound from exhaust and mds/eco mode.
When I put fuse back in at lunch - the small drone and vibs seemed to have come back.
I put the fuse back in a lunch and seems like the drone came back again.... its cool here in Ontario Canada and can’t drive around with window down plus it changes the whole feel of the truck with the window slightly down than fully sealed.
Less than a minute to pop hood, press two small clips...
Drone I say is about 40% of what it was - just “ normal “ exhaust and ECO mode switching with F12 fuse pulled.
I’m 99% sure my issue is ANC module amplifying and creating the annoying noise /vibs/drone.
Would be interested in hearing if others have pulled fuse that have experienced the drone...
I get the same drone - 2019 Sport (1,000km). I pulled the F12 fuse (ANC/sub amp) last night and will see if driving today(200km) helps at all.
I still think it’s exhaust related - sometimes feels like switching from dual to single exhaust paths (don’t even know if that is possible ).
They look nice - but want to go wheel to wheel this time (had normal on my crew cab ecodiesel) and think black may look best on the 2019 Granite colour.
I’m in the back/front of the bed a fair bit checking/tieing down dirt bikes/sled /gear and would like to try an additional step this time around.
Any update or pics of black WHEEL TO WHEEL running boards?
(the Westin #28-534705 at $635 US may be too pricey for me up here in Canada though).
Like the Mopar 82215300 that have been posted - but looking for them in black (Crew cab Short Box Sport)...
